Funniest Tour ever Viewed an apartment in santa teresa ferrance all staff was very welcoming apartments are extremely nice however the location is a bit to farfron everything other than that i would have definetly lease there thank you María for your funny hollywood four and for the great ocean view the great ocean view you have a great sence of humor.

Was an "ok" place to live but still had issues I lived there for quite a few years & the rent was decent at that time that I moved in. Each year, unfortunately, the mgmt company continued to increase the rent, which was very disappointing, especially because there were not many upgrades to the property itself, other than exterior painting. During the time I resided there, I had to constantly call maintenance to come fix one of the appliances & every time they came, they would say there is nothing wrong with it. Verified Renter Very small apartments and way over priced, management sucks at resolving issues and getting back to you. Maintenance team also unprofessional at doing job I could've done their job.

Too Pricey - Will not renew As a tenant at Santa Teresa Terrace I can't complain about the staff and maintenance they have been amazing. These apartments are too pricey and don't include the utilities and is too far from all the stores. Don't get me started with the construction is horrible. I will not be renewing and its a shame to leave such great staff/maintenance.
