I moved out over 10 months ago and have still not received my full security deposit after leaving and no one at *** will reach out to me even though the current ******************* Company supervisor has made multiple attempts to reach out and assist me. There is no direct number to speak to a live agent and when living in the apartments, I could not get anyone from *** to address any and all my concerns while living there and in trying to get my full refund of my security property that was approved by the on-site management... read more

I lived in a TAM Residential apartment for 6 months. During those 6 months, I quickly realized that the management/corporation was purposefully seeking to scam its tenants through additional fees and changes in rules and policies. I am convinced that the company has an arrangement set up with "Jetty" whom I had to pay $740 for an insurance plan that did nothing. the place i rented from used to be better before it was sold to a company. we had an agreement on a last month rent payment, but now they are trying to charge me more for that month. don't trust these people. I got charged for cleaning the apartment i left after spending an entire day cleaning it. so don't worry about cleaning your place they will charge you regardless. If i could give negative stars i would, dishonest, untrustful people. I would never recommend people to rent from this company.

Management is deceitful, dishonest and wildly unprofessional. They give the run around on basic repairs while the facilities crumble. The parking garage has 5 or 6 wheelless vehicles at any given time from theft and no security guards. The front gate has not worked in months. The swimming pool was closed the entire summer during the hottest summer on record with no accountability regarding its cleaning schedule. Dishonest management. Left the apartment in the same condition as moved in (nothing beyond normal wear and tear) and they filed a claim against my insurance a month after I moved out, which I ended up being responsible for. If you decide to move in, my advice is not to trust the management and collect as much evidence as possible before moving out.

this place is horrible, since ****** has started working as head Maintenance the work orders are actually getting done and done correctly! but I have lived in these apartments since 2018 and I have been picked around and treated like s*** I recently had to move apartments due to my apartment being completely ******. we were getting shocked turning on the shower and was told over and over again there is nothing wrong. finally when 3 out of 4 of the Conjoined apartments started having the same issue and maintenance changed and... read more

*************** in *****, ***** - This place is a complete nightmare. TAM Residential taking over has taken it down hill. Putting in maintenance requests means nothing. Youre lucky if they come to look at, let alone repair anything. They tend to just mark it complete. Meanwhile you can see maintenance men just sitting in between buildings in their phone in the shade on golf carts. The office staff isnt any better. Calls. Emails. Messenger pigeons. ***************** has with-held my deposit check in bad faith after the original was sent to an address where I no longer live. I have called multiple times, sent multiple emails, and spoken to several people over the past YEAR who said they would take care of my issue, but never follow through. This is a terribly managed property. Y'all owe me $500.

Providence Uptown Apartments in ******* has become a nightmare since TAM Residential (TAM Management) took over. The place has turned into a rundown ghetto. The management team, especially ***************************** and ********, are only interested in scamming residents. They never answer phone calls or emails, and they gaslight residents by pretending to be available but never following through.They add bogus charges like amenity fees, even though all amenities have been removed.
