Verified Renter Only have lived here for a few days but absolutely love it! Amenities are amazing, dogs love it, great view of the river and nice that there is private entrance to the boardwalk!
Verified Renter The common areas are always clean, everyone is so very friendly (staff and tenants), and I always feel safe. The private access to the riverwalk and the view in the backyard is top notch. The amenities are fire and location is perfect! Maintenance is super fast to fix any of your needs and the entire apartment has been recently updated!

Verified Renter There are several nice rental properties in Wilmington, but the overall winner is Saw Mill Point. I have lived elsewhere and Saw Mill is head and shoulders above. Look no further. Save your time, so you can spend it at the pool, or playing pool.
