Pretty View/Poor Management The complex has a great view and amenities, but when it comes to managing and maintenance there is a lot left to be desired. The shower had grime in the crevices of the shower when we moved in. The hallway carpets were stained. There was trash always inside and outside the building. Maintenance was extremely slow to fix even the smallest issue sometimes taking 3 weeks. Verified Renter I am very happy with my decision to move to Sawmill Point apartments. The convenience of having a gym, office, beautiful pool and gorgeous amenities make you feel like youre on vacation every day! If you have a dog it is very pet friendly! I highly recommend it if you like the convenience of downtown living in a resort like setting.

Verified Renter I havent stopped smiling since I made the best decision to move to sawmill point! I was looking for walk ability, beautiful water view, wonderful amenities such as a gorgeous pool ,state of the art fitness center, workspace,100% pet friendliness and gorgeous grounds and I hit the jackpot! The residents are all very friendly and I feel very safe at Sawmill Point Apartments. Great efforts were made in the design of a luxurious riverfront community!
