Verified Renter Love the building and the area, office is nice, but the parking is a menace. Got told I was ok to park in the guest area by the office and got booted the next day. Office just kind of shrugged it off even though they told me I was ok. $150 mistake

Verified Renter Just moved into SMP this past month from NY. We love all of the amenities, the view of the riverwalk and accessibility to downtown you cannot beat. Everyone has been so welcoming and makes you feel at home. Can’t wait for the summer time and the concerts!

Verified Renter Sawmill Point Apartments are within a perfect walking distance to resturants, shops, and all events happening in Historic Wilmington. The staff is friendly and professional. The grounds and ammenities are great for relaxing, hanging out with friends and even exercising!
Verified Renter I feel the apartment is nice and the grounds are very well maintained and of course whenever we’ve had a service request it was handled very quickly and effectively . Being so close to downtown we really love all there is to do and with warmer weather coming it’s going to be really great. We really enjoy living here in Sawmill !

Verified Renter The common areas are always clean, everyone is so very friendly (staff and tenants), and I always feel safe. The private access to the riverwalk and the view in the backyard is top notch. The amenities are fire and location is perfect! Maintenance is super fast to fix any of your needs and the entire apartment has been recently updated!
