Verified Renter This is by far the best place to live. The staff, residents, and pets are wonderful. The location is great and the neighborhood is spectacular.
Verified Renter I use to really love living here. The constant smell weed smoking in the hallways, the trash shoot room being closed and people not leashing their dogs and floors not being cleaned has made me change my mind. It could be an awesome place to live.
Verified Renter The view from the balcony is amazing, the green space is fantastic, and we love the walkability of the area. The residents and staff are friendly and helpful.

Verified Renter We’ve lived here for a few months and have very little to complain about. The complex is very clean and well manicured. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the downtown bars/restaurants and the RiverWalk will take you the entire way.
Verified Renter I would give it a 4.5 star rating. Overall, I enjoy the community and the ammenities. Great walking location to town restaurants and shops. The residents are friendly. The place it loses a half star is the residents who are disrespectful of the communtity. Mainly related to picking up after their dogs and, at times, themselves. The main stairwell needs a thorough deep cleaning. However, the large common areas are always clean and well maintained.
