Pretty View/Poor Management The complex has a great view and amenities, but when it comes to managing and maintenance there is a lot left to be desired. The shower had grime in the crevices of the shower when we moved in. The hallway carpets were stained. There was trash always inside and outside the building. Maintenance was extremely slow to fix even the smallest issue sometimes taking 3 weeks.
