Verified Renter There are several nice rental properties in Wilmington, but the overall winner is Saw Mill Point. I have lived elsewhere and Saw Mill is head and shoulders above. Look no further. Save your time, so you can spend it at the pool, or playing pool.

Verified Renter A very nice place to live, great amenities. My friends joke that our gym looks like Planet Fitness! Love the staff and the Rivershack. The views? Priceless! Great music next door from the amphitheater!
