Verified Renter The view of the Cape Fear River is lovely especially at Sunset. The property is also lovely, well maintained and the landscaping is very well designed and maintained. The office staff are very friendly and helpful and the amazing coffee machine is a wonderful perk. Thank you.

Verified Renter Love the building and the area, office is nice, but the parking is a menace. Got told I was ok to park in the guest area by the office and got booted the next day. Office just kind of shrugged it off even though they told me I was ok. $150 mistake
