Verified Renter Living at Scandia has been a great experience! The management team is friendly and responsive, and the property is well-maintained with clean common areas. The location is incredibly convenient—close to CVS, Castleton Square Mall, and plenty of other stores and restaurants, which makes running errands and enjoying some downtime super easy. The community atmosphere is welcoming, and the amenities provided are a nice bonus. I’ve had no major issues during my time here.

Verified Renter I have lived here for a few years now with my family and the apartment itself in the neighborhood is great. The maintenance is absolutely horrible and it takes forever for them to get to fixing something.

Verified Renter So far i love these apartments! they are beautiful!! the staff is so friendly and they are always helpful! at my last apartment if i put in a work order it would take weeks to get anything done with Scandia and their maintenance team it gets done within the week!

Verified Renter Apartments are very nice and comfortable. I would recommend these apartments to anyone like I have already done. Great staff here and they get stuff done. The only issue has been with how they deal with the trash. I wish it was better taken care of. But I do appreciate all that you guys have done. Thank you!

Verified Renter Very nice community. Office and maintenance staff are amazing. Office accepts and hold packages so they won't be left in hallways by your doors while you are not home. Maintenance respond to work orders in a timely manner. Overall experience has been great.
