I leased d a vehicle and the the process was amazing. BuT As soon as I left I was harassed to fill out the survey by the sales person, Chris Bennett so I gave him the perfect score. After that my vehicle was discovered to have three issues and I keep getting blown off getting them resolved as I was leased the vehicle like that. This dealership is on a downward spiral. I would not recommend anyone buy from here. Sales people don't honor vehicle delivery agreements and then lie about it. I emailed the owner and the dealerships general manager about several on going issues, and complaints. They never responded. Sad though,my wife and I have been loyal customers for over 10 years, solely buying cars/ trucks from this dealer. Its a good thing they are not the only VW or GMC dealer around. My next car/ truck will not be from here, that's for sure.

I had taken my Jeep Wrangler to have a simple recall done. Not only did the store give my part away after i had dropped it off, but they had broken off the antenna in their automatic car wash and scratched the side of my vehicle. To make matters worse the customer service manager Michael Riley wanted to make ME pay to have my vehicle repaired. I'm no longer impressed with the customer service and will not likely be back for service or to purchase a vehicle here despite having done so many times over the past 20 years and having been an employee.

Customer service is the worst I have ever had to experience of my life. Our $54000 Infiniti Q50S hybrid is having brake issues and the maintenance service other lights has been on constantly for the past 4 months because The service writer and his manager refused aknowledge or fix the problem on the car and our service writer whose name is Danny and his boss who is name is Robert scheiner are probably the most unethical and incompetent people I've ever dealt with in the customer service industry. Two months after my car still doesn't have the property title and I couldn't reach any person . They send me from a call center to another.

Hi Chiara-- Update to your concern, Florida is an electronic state, which means all titles are held electronic unless you chose to go to the tax collectors office and print. You will never need a printed title, however, the tax collector's office will be able to assist you in obtaining a physical copy. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Service is non existent on a new car I purchased from them. They let me limp out of their service department. Could I trust them when their is no reliability or caring for the customer?? Thank you for putting me and my 9 year old son in danger
