I went to test drive a Subaru on 1/24/16, just so happen to have their promo for a starbucks tumbler and $20.00 credit to test drive any car except the WRX. I test drove the Impreza. I checked the status like the promo states with the answer that the dealership did not activate due to no test drive. So on 2/1 I sent a request through the promo site. #SchumacherAutomotiveGroup has absolutely HORRIBLE service. #ChuckSchumacher needs to learn how bad his service departments are! Make promises and do NOT mean a single word. Service department tells you what they think they need to in order to placate you – – horrendous!
Worst shopping experience ever! These people are incompetent and can't even find cars on there own lot.
Delray Subaru is Not ready for prime time. Waste of my time. Watch the little fees on the back end!
Had my non-starting Buick dropped off for service at Schumacher on Friday. I assumed they were working on it; but they lost it and never even logged it in. I had to call on Saturday to get them to find it. When they did, they got it started very quickly, but didn't offer to do the scheduled maintenance while they had it. I will know to follow up next time.
