· I purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester on 10/28/2016. Ken Cadmus and Richard and Dave Brower were professional and knowledgeable. Still no car still no customer service. If I could give you a -10 I would. Ordered in Sept and nothing but excuses. Now I can almost bet that no one will call me on this comment.

If you are planning to buy a car from them in Delray, DON'T expect any service on your vehicle or customer service for you! Not only are they the worse resolving issues with your car, they are not honest when they tell you how long and what's being done! They are just rotten people! Too many names to list! Take extreme caution then buy from another dealer
Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever at Schumacher Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. Negotiated & agreed on a price, gave a down payment only to have the manager run up to us in the parking lot to say they called the owner & the owner said they can get more $$ for the car!! What??!!! Won't ever buy a car from any of their dealerships & will be happy to drive further (Coconut Creek, Tamarac, or Stuart) to have the Infiniti we already own serviced.

My salesman was great. I had a question for management, sent emails, left phone messages and made a visit (the managers were at a meeting) so I left my name and number. It is now 6 days and no one has got back to me.
Literally just took them 6 hours to give my husbands truck an alignment and a tire rotation...
I went to test drive a Subaru on 1/24/16, just so happen to have their promo for a starbucks tumbler and $20.00 credit to test drive any car except the WRX. I test drove the Impreza. I checked the status like the promo states with the answer that the dealership did not activate due to no test drive. So on 2/1 I sent a request through the promo site.
