Richard Schumacher brought his family to the Palm Beaches after a highly successful career as a Ford dealer in the Chicago area. He immediately embraced the community and began a philosophy of service to customers that would carry on for generations. It was not long after opening Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm Beach, that Richard and his team became the number one Buick dealer in the State of Florida.

"Great Service Dept." I recently brought my Enclave in for routine maintenance and a recall check. I was immediately greeted and told that Nestor was waiting inside per my scheduled appointment time. We went through all the issues I had, and was offered a courtesy car. Nestor called later with the progress as promised. He then called again to let us know that the car was ready for pick-up. "Replace remote that had broken." The remote for my 2010 Buick broke and had to be replaced. Mike Tavares, xxx't Service Mgr, greted me when i came into the service area in a friendly and courteous manner. When I explained what I wanted, he explained the procedure and time required as well as the cost. While I was not particularly happy with the cost, I was quite satisfied with the manner with which it was handled.
