"AWESOME EXPERIENCE " My wife and I were looking to buy a Chrysler 200S, the sales person (Gary) was amazing, he not only took care of us by showing us the car but also bought some food for our 5 year old daughter while we were waiting for the paperwork. "Pleasantly surprised" About a month ago I spotted a beautiful 2015 Dodge Challenger at this dealership and put down a $500 deposit, ensuring that they would notify me first if anyone else was interested in buying it while I explored other options ( I was still in the very early stages of shopping). As I am an out of state buyer, I cannot fairly offer a review of Schumacher, but would eagerly endorse my sales staff, member, Art. He was knowledgeable, considerate and professional in all steps of the process. Detail oriented, polite, friendly and easy to work with. Avoid This Dealership at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a brand-new $100,000 Dodge Durango Hellcat and with only 2,000 miles on it, it’s already leaking oil. I have brought it back to Shumacher CDJR of Delray Beach three separate times, and they have still not fixed the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE CROOKED CONARTISTS. This dealership has buried me in a lease, and completely screwed me. They advertise on the internet that their new trucks are $11,000 off MSRP, and then they bury it in the paperwork that you actually paid FULL MSRP. They just buried me by $30,000 in a new truck lease. They gave me $5000 under MMR for my trade, hit me at full MSRP when their website advertised $13,000 in dealer discounts, and provided horrible service. Our vehicle was repaired a day later. The repair failed is now been two weeks for a single Brac job. The car is now back at the shop and we’re being told it’ll be another week. We offered to look at purchasing a new vehicle except the sales staff was incompetent and rude. We are now purchasing from another dealer up the road. Meanwhile, the service center is in complete shambles with zero communication

My father bought us a used ride from there-Art was cool. There was a squeak from one of the tires. We took it in to get looked at. Didn’t know you need to reserve a loaner car a week in advance. Guess Art should have told us. Or car was there for 6 hours. Or was nice of them to give us an Uber to our home and back, but the squeak is still in the tire, nothing was fixed. Horrible. Find another solution. Sold me a car that, after four years, the service department has not been able to solve two problems with. One is dangerous. Besides the lack of solution, they are charging me for fixing things the original problem has caused. Further, their response time when they have your car has been terrible.
