"Can't even make a service appointment for over 1 month" The service department is the absolute worst!! New policy is crap. If you have a scheduled service you need to make they won't give you an appointment and you just bring the car in. The only problem is they will make you wait for literally 3-5 hours for your car for your "free" scheduled maintenance. If you have a problem with your car that is not a scheduled service (e.g. need brakes) you will literally wait 30 days for an appointment and closer to 45 days if you want... read more
"The worst auto service -" Last year, took my car in because of a terrible odor. After a whole(not sure what they did), said it's good-to-go and bring it back if a problem.
