Service Department is the worst. My 1st service appointment for just a Oil Change and Tire Rotation took almost 4 hours. I guess they don't understand the definition of Express Service... I recently schedule and showed up for my 2nd Oil Change and Tire Rotation and was told they are backed up and it could take 2 or more hours. I spoke to a service manager Robert Corman and was told my schedule appointment does not mean anything... "Worst service center in America hands down. Brought my..." Worst service center in America hands down. Brought my gladiator in for an oil change and got it back with tons issues it never had. Service manager made it sound like he has this problem a lot. I bet their service technicians make the same mistake frequently.
