Went for a recall for my air bag for my jeep wrangler made an appointment a month before when I went the the day off for service they said they didn’t have the airbag in stock they would have to order it. I’ll never use this dealership again biggest inconvenience they call me the day before to remind me about my appointment but they can’t make sure the airbag is in stock

Review from 2018 Today I drove from the Wellington area to Delray Beach to shop for a 2019 Ram Laramie. I had a great test drive and the sales associate Gabrielle was very knowledgable about the vehicle, the brand and the features. I fell in love with the vehicle and the brand. Service Department is the worst. My 1st service appointment for just a Oil Change and Tire Rotation took almost 4 hours. I guess they don't understand the definition of Express Service... I recently schedule and showed up for my 2nd Oil Change and Tire Rotation and was told they are backed up and it could take 2 or more hours. I spoke to a service manager Robert Corman and was told my schedule appointment does not mean anything... Took my money and did not provide me any service absolutely the worst customer service ever. Then they promised me a refund and it has been a whole month now and I still haven’t received anything
