I completely disagree with your accusations me and several people I know have dealt with Schumacher and Michael Doyle personally and he is always there to help and is never rude or disrespectful in any way. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. The Director of Sales Michael Doyle is the most disrespectful, rude, condescending and homophobic customer service person we have ever had to deal with. Jeep should be ashamed to be represented by this type of person. This was the worst possible car sales and customer service experience we have ever had. We bought a new car on a Saturday and on Sunday when we noticed the alignment was off we brought it back to be serviced. Went in for an express oil change @ 7:30am. I was checked in by 7:40am and asked how long it would take. The very nice service writer said about an hour. After an hour and fifteen minutes, I received a text that my vehicle service is complete and to wait for another text to pay and pick up. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked where the truck was and was told the service is complete and they are waiting for a porter to bring it around. another 15 minutes go by and still no car. Do not and I repeat do not, trust this dealership- first off, I know for a fact that the five star reviews are fake- Secondly, if I hadn’t threaten to sue them for being obscenely over charged on my lease buy out, they would have screwed me for sure- Arthur Drum was the salesperson that tacked on fake fees - We will never do business with schumacher again and if you are reading this, go somewhere else

I leased a jeep in 2019 and purchased maintanence contracts, only to find out when I go to use these contracts I paid for in excess of $2500 that the dealership voided them one month after I got my jeep. I had no idea, no refund or anything! However,I have the contracts, and i was told to call the finance manager at the dealership and can not reach anyone by phone. Keep getting and endless loops and not able to leave any message. BUYER BEWARE if you purchase and extended service contracts.

Deceptive sales pricing! I enjoyed working with Erik until I realized that he raised the price of the vehicle I was purchasing almost $9K. He knew I was a Veteran and take integrity seriously and still chose to deceive me. I trusted him and then realized he tricked me into getting a good deal. I do not recommend this dealership or this salesman. Steer clear!

Went for a recall for my air bag for my jeep wrangler made an appointment a month before when I went the the day off for service they said they didn’t have the airbag in stock they would have to order it. I’ll never use this dealership again biggest inconvenience they call me the day before to remind me about my appointment but they can’t make sure the airbag is in stock

Worst service I have ever seen. Don’t take for repairs. Poor communication don’t recommend

Review from 2018 Today I drove from the Wellington area to Delray Beach to shop for a 2019 Ram Laramie. I had a great test drive and the sales associate Gabrielle was very knowledgable about the vehicle, the brand and the features. I fell in love with the vehicle and the brand.
