"Horrible dealership. Zero customer service. Needed to..." Horrible dealership. Zero customer service. Needed to wait two weeks for an appointment for an oil change. Get there and no one acknowledged me for 30 min in the service dept with my truck. Then it’s a 1 1/2 hour wait for oil change which it’s been 2 hours so far. All they tell you is it’s almost ready. What is the point of an appointment.

"Purchased new Jeep Cherokee Limited on 10/10. Sales..." Purchased new Jeep Cherokee Limited on 10/10. Sales process was fine although long process waiting to meet with Finance team. There was a interior trim panel that needed fixing. I made appointment with Service dept for 4:00pm on Friday 10-16. I got call day before they could not service my car as that time just for drop offs. I was given time 10/21. "Not happy with dealership, Art did pretty much the best..." Not happy with dealership, Art did pretty much the best he could. No loaner from dealership for work that needed to be done with purchase ..I’m not sure in what galaxy someone lives in that you don’t think I need a car for two days but they did. I paid cash for purchase of vehicle and was still held captive for over five hours, not sure how or why.

"The worst Dealer I’ve bought a car in my life don’t..." The worst Dealer I’ve bought a car in my life don’t recommend anyone to buy a used car there... horrible... Once i got out the dealer the AC stop working and I pay 29k cash for the car and now nobody answers the phone to help me

Furthermore, even after the deal had been made, he kindly offered to pick up my vehicle from where I work to have it serviced. Bottom Line: If you don't want a stereotypical pushy car salesman, ask for Alberto
