Our vehicle was repaired a day later. The repair failed is now been two weeks for a single Brac job. The car is now back at the shop and we’re being told it’ll be another week. We offered to look at purchasing a new vehicle except the sales staff was incompetent and rude. We are now purchasing from another dealer up the road. Meanwhile, the service center is in complete shambles with zero communication

My father bought us a used ride from there-Art was cool. There was a squeak from one of the tires. We took it in to get looked at. Didn’t know you need to reserve a loaner car a week in advance. Guess Art should have told us. Or car was there for 6 hours. Or was nice of them to give us an Uber to our home and back, but the squeak is still in the tire, nothing was fixed. So xxxx this dealership

Horrible. Find another solution. Sold me a car that, after four years, the service department has not been able to solve two problems with. One is dangerous. Besides the lack of solution, they are charging me for fixing things the original problem has caused. Further, their response time when they have your car has been terrible.

The dealership did not stand behind their warranty. A defective part came with my 2024 Grand Cherokee. When the part failed, they claimed it was an 'after market' part. This was nonsense as I've since read about many others who've had the same problem I did. Adding insult to injury, it was nearly impossible to find someone to speak to at the dealership.

I agreed with the advertised sale price on a 2023 Chrysler 300. I provided pictures and all data on my trade which was estimated at $9K. However, the sales lead only put in half. When I asked for an explanation I was told "you need to bring it in". That makes no sense. It is 2024 and FaceTime/Skype work just as well. Very frustrating. Especially since I am willing to purchase a discontinued new vehicle with tons of supply in the market. Weird experience.
This is my second jeep with Schumacher. The first one they could never fix the problem so they gave me my repair costs towards a new one. Now, I have had my current jeep in for a starting problem with start button and “couldn’t find the problem”. I cannot believe this is my second jeep and again I am stuck with a vehicle they cannot repair but in reading blogs from jeep this is a legitimate concern and it is driving me crazy that I got stuck with two vehicles they allegedly cannot fix.

So you tell me how you would review Schumacher Jeep… I called on a Thursday for an appointment on Monday. Told them I would have AAA deliver on Monday, my response was if you bring it in via tow.. it would be a priority and I would get it worked on right away. Just need to replace gear label. I get there and she tells me it would be a little while before I can get a time. I had a very bad experience with the Service Director Robert Corman. My 2022 Dodge Ram truck has gone back multiple times and with no luck, they still cannot find the problem with the humming noise on my vehicle. The Truck does it at different speeds and they keep on blaming it on the tires. Mechanic drove with me and he heard but still, he could not decipher where he was coming from.
