"Scammers who lied about what they sold me" I have never been SCAMMED so badly. Schumacher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Delray sold me a car with Bulletliner which has a lifetime warranty and now that it is chipping they are telling me it is NOT bulletliner and that I have to pay $8,000 for the correction. "Dodge Charger Sales Manager is NOT worth my time" We have a lease that is due to expire in June 2020. "Can't even make a service appointment for over 1 month" The service department is the absolute worst!! New policy is crap. If you have a scheduled service you need to make they won't give you an appointment and you just bring the car in. The only problem is they will make you wait for literally 3-5 hours for your car for your "free" scheduled maintenance. If you have a problem with your car that is not a scheduled service (e.g. need brakes) you will literally wait 30 days for an appointment and closer to 45 days if you want... read more
