Service manager made it sound like he has this problem a lot. I bet their service technicians make the same mistake frequently. "Horrible dealership. Zero customer service. Needed to..." Horrible dealership. Zero customer service. Needed to wait two weeks for an appointment for an oil change. Get there and no one acknowledged me for 30 min in the service dept with my truck. Then it’s a 1 1/2 hour wait for oil change which it’s been 2 hours so far. All they tell you is it’s almost ready. What is the point of an appointment.

"Not happy with dealership, Art did pretty much the best..." Not happy with dealership, Art did pretty much the best he could. No loaner from dealership for work that needed to be done with purchase ..I’m not sure in what galaxy someone lives in that you don’t think I need a car for two days but they did. I paid cash for purchase of vehicle and was still held captive for over five hours, not sure how or why.
