"disgusting customer service" I went to drop my jeep off this week for an oil change. There was literally no one there. No other cars. There were maybe 5 service advisors in their offices with the sliding doors shut. So 5 advisors, 1 customer. Somehow i still had to wait 15 minutes to check my car in. "Worse Buying Experience of My Life" After telling Craig Sabarese about the vehicle I was looking for he told me they didn’t have it in stock but could bring one in from another dealership and still give me the best price available. We agreed on a vehicle and price, started to do the paperwork and he came back in and said it was sold. We then agreed on another vehicle and made it through all the paperwork. "terrible" I my experience at the dealership was one to forget. My phone calls was never returned, I had to drive to the dealership in multiples occasion to get a status on my Vehicle. I would not recommended this dealership to any one and I will not go back for services nor purchase another vehicle from them ever again.
"Horrible Service" I have never had a worse experience! Schumacher had my car for 3 days, and was unable to even fix my car. I was given no reason as to why. The staff was not sympathetic to my needs at all. I'm shocked and horrified by the poor attention, or lack there of to detail and "customer service" (I use that word loosely) . "Express is anything but" In the past It has taken over 3 hours for a simple oil change! I was told to make an appointment with express and it would be much quicker. I did just that. I arrived 30 minutes prior to the time but had to wait the 30 minutes to be checked in. Colton, the express advisor told me it would be at least 90 minutes! "SERVICE NIGHTMARE" I brought my 2015 Ram in for two factory recalls. Frank said it should take a few days not true. first I had to pay for the loaner truck. second Frank ask me if I purchased the truck there and I said no. so saying that my truck was there for nine days. when I called an ask Frank how the service was going he said we are busy with cars coming in. "Service left old old tires on vehicle " Update: Since leaving my initial review, a representative for the dealership asked me to remove my negative review. I found that highly unethical and offensive so I am mentioning it here... "Service From xxxx" OMG What a horrible experience I have had. I couldn't believe this is a dealership service center. To start my car was in a minor accident with some guy turning into my front bumper. I stated to FRANK their service rep that my car was making a weird noise after the accident.
