Great Experience, fast, friendly The financing special was what drew us in. We were looking for a car, since ours was 13 years old. The online services were great. Service Department Please recognize service manager Cindi Cicioni's efforts helping resolve an ongoing air conditioning problem with my 2012 TDI Jetta. This was my third scheduled service visit within 2 months for the same issue. Her persistence with the aftermarket warranty company (Fidelity) is what finally convinced them to authorize the replacement of my compressor. Purchase Experience = Great! After-Market Install = Poor. Jon made the purchase experience a pleasure. He was polite & knowledgeable. Still have issues with after-market install of Sound/Nav/Back-Up Camera install. Camera doesn't work with 2014 Beetle - this was not disclosed to me until I had returned to the dealership to get it resolved. I will be going back again next week to have the camera replaced with one that will work.
