I was happy to be a new patient and get an appointment on 2 days notice. I had read some reviews and was giving the group the benifit of the doubt. I had an 8am appoint and by the time I arrived at 745 there was 15 or so people already waiting. The receptionist had a terrible attitude and spoke very poorly about her own facility and their doctors. I left minutes later feeling relieved.

I've been going here for a little while and I dont really like it .. The receptionists are not really friendly .. They are rude sometimes and always seem to be unhappy .. The wait is pretty long and everytime I go their always changing my doctor I dont understand.. Last time I checked you should only be seeing one doctor .. And its not like they change my doctor and then I see that doctor again its everytime I go I see a NEW one and I have to explain why I've come in .. Its absolutely ridiculousness .. Worst place you can choose. Overcharing , overcharing and overcharging. I went for consulatation to surgent Dr. Moskovitz was charged $175 for 5 min. That consulatation was waste of money... more of it rip off. They told me whole procedure would cost $600 + tax. I was billed $978 plus $225 for examination of the removed mole (nobody ever told me about that bill). The job as done ugly. They are the worst waited over an hour for the wrong doctor-no apologies- no excuses for wait! No concern for the patient's time. I was going in for wart removal, laser hair removal( eval to see if covered by insurance due to Stage4 breast cancer-heavy facial hair growth after chemo) and a skin cancer check! Left after over an hour without seeing any Dr. You are just cattle to these people.If they try to charge my insurance company for this visit to no Dr. I will be furious! This place is a disaster. The wait is really really long, even with an appointment. Then I never received a call with my byopsy results, whenever I call, they say they will call me with the resulst but no one calls and it's been 4 weeks. Surely it doesn't take that long. Also when they took the byopsy they did not tell me they would dig so deep and now I have a dent in my face that will surely stay that way. Truly, these doctors do not care in the least about their patients.

I only have one experience from this office to write about but thought I could share my thoughts. I will not be going back to this doctor due to the disorganization. I felt rushed during the appointment and was left in the room to figure out when I could leave and where I could go to pay. I directed myself to the secrectary and paid my 10 dollar co-pay in cash. DO NOT PAY IN CASH if you go here. The following month I recieved a bill even though I paid. I threw my receipt out and they didn't find their copy. Now I am liable ... read more

Long wait even with my appointment. Very bad phone system that I've been suffering with for a week as I try to get results from my testing. They make me listen to all the options and wait until a real person picks up... each time I call... and the doctor with my results has never been available... so I still don't have my results after a week. Will not be using them anymore.

The doctors here are knowledgeable and good at what they do. But the main one, the owner (whose name I'm forgetting at the moment) is a cold fish...ugh. If you go, be prepared for a LOOOONG WAIT. They accept assignment from your insurance but horribly overbook to make up for it. That's their success formula. After waiting at least an hour, you're moved into an exam room where you'll be kept waiting up to 1/4 hour more. Then the doc comes in, glaring, as if he's daring you to say something about the wait. L o n g w a i t & rude doctor. Doctor Nosa rudely rushed me out all of the 3 times I've been there. He did not apear to want to answer the few simple questions I had. He seemed to care less about listening to me about my concerns. Not freindly at all & I would describe it as rude. I'm not going back to him again. The skin care women {Aestheticians} are great though!!
