Have been to a few of their offices and the same experience throughout...long waits and mediocre service. Will be looking for a new dermatologist office that is courteous of their patients time and willing to spend longer than 5 minutes with their patients.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Nobody cares if you made an app way in advance. 2+hour wait. Please don't waste your time with this place.

Terrible customer service.....................really. Not just from the front end but right down to the doctors. Care not taken by staff. Go find an office with state of the art equipment and staff. Save yourself a lot of aggravation!

Review for the Verona office - Dr. Brown is great - when you can get in to see him. The average wait time has NEVER been under one hour past my appointment time, and most of the time I have to go to the front desk and make it clear that if they don't get me in within the next fifteen minutes, I will leave. Having to call in to have a prescription authorized is a nightmare - the office promises a call back within twenty four hours, yet does not deliver. I saw Dr. Groisser in this group for embarrassing spots on my genitals. First, he is obviously overbooked, and not only has his patients wait an hour to be seen, but the dr. also rushed through my appointments, not explaining things to me properly. I suspected I knew what the bumps were, and he quickly dismissed me. He asked I come back to get a biopsy, but never explained that a biopsy would require taking two large chunks off my genitals! Why do I come back? Well this is the last.... New record.... 1hr40min wait and counting... You ever get to the point where you have waited so long... made the time investment... that you hate to leave? Well expect that when you visit the Dermatology Group. I still came back even after Dr G admitting that he wants reception to over book appointments as people sometimes don't turn up. I'm assuming by the wait times very few actually don't..... I had a terrible experience at this dermatologist office. I used to go to their Nutley location, but I moved to Caldwell which is 10 minutes away from the Verona office. I got there a few minutes before my appointment. The receptionist just took my name and date of birth, then told me to take a sit. I saw at least 4 people arriving after me and they all were called, I was the only idiot waiting forever. I waited for about 40 minutes and asked her how long I had to wait to be called? Went there on time, waited for 2hrs. I was late for work. These people dont appreciate your time. Dont make the same mistake that i did. Go somewhere else.

Ah. worst experience at the Rutherford office. Dr. Avnee Shah couldn't have been more in a rush to leave the office- she was literally still speaking as she walked out the door. How about asking me if i had any questions or if there was anything else i needed? I had to ask her to wait and to please provide certain shots for my acne, shots that any other doctor would have either suggested or informed me about.
