I should of known the wait would of been long when I checked in and the guy in front of me had the same appointment time and MD as me. After waiting about 40 mins I asked when I would be seen, I was told that it would be about 15 mins and then I would have to wait about another 15 in the exam room! Why should it have to wait that long when I even showed up early for my appt so I could handle the paperwork and be seen on time. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule, all I could think is why?

The doctors and reception are nice and helpful. That is the reason for 1 star. I called today and got a cancellation appt for 8pm. But I got here by 745 and waited in the waiting room until 820 and got shown into a room but continued to wait until 8:45 . I hate waiting and this definitely unreasonable and ridiculous. It seems like either they overbooked or there aren't enough doctors here to see the appts efficiently. I like that it is local but I hate wasting my time.

No regard for my time or respect for me as a patient. Sat in the exam of their Morristown office unattended for over 40 minutes before the nurse finally walked in. I left around noon from a 10am appointment. Spent less then 20 minutes with the Dr! Over three weeks later and Dr. Kassim still has not returned my call with my results even after leaving 4 messages with her staff and promises she would get right back to me.

I have alot to say about this office. My kids and husband had gone there for visits including myself but not as much as my son. My son we had to change few doctors in that office until we found some one that knew what they were talking about and that was Dr. Ellis best docotor that was there. She left the practice. Was charged for two office visits and they did absolutely nothing for me, refused to return my calls and recorded my patient information with several errors. I was being seen for a suspicious growth on the corner of my eye. I would avoid going to The Dermatology Group at all costs.

1st off, it's been a couple years since I've been there. I did not leave because of my doctor - Dr Groisser. He's a good doctor and was willing to try different things from most to help me with my condition (psoriasis). Unfortunately, the practice is so poorly run that I will accept a lesser doctor with a better run practice. I always made appointments for between 7 and 8 AM so that I could stand a chance of getting to work on time. That never happened. My first time there was last month. The wait was very long and then when I finally saw the doctor, I felt completely rushed, he kept asking me the same questions over and over, which means he wasnt paying attention to my answers. :( I have a follow up soon, hopefully it will be better next time around.

Terrible, Rude, and Inconsiderate Staff My husband scheduled an appointment for our two sons. Upon my arrival they were refused service. One check-in staff member stated (with attitude which included head shaking and all), "They will not be seen without a paper referral and we do not accepted faxed paper referrals you need to go back to by doctors office and get a referral and bring it here". I went to the West Orange office on two occasions.Both times I had to wait over 1 hour just to get to an exam room then I had another 15 minute wait to see an md. The first time I was there for a skin cancer screening and I was not treated with dignity during the exam. I cam back a second time because I thought that maybe this was not their norm. I was so wrong. I do not want to be treated like an object on an assembly line. I do not recommend this practice at all.
