The dermatologist group is just another example of a poorly ran doctor's office with nothing in mind but profit. They are over booked with a small staff who has been instructed to keep patients waiting and in the dark as long as possible. I'm not even going to get into the waiting time as I expected to wait in the office (Riverdale, NJ) a considerable amount of time. However, the type of treatment that I received had little to no effect what-so-ever. Not only did I never get to see a real doctor (I was constantly handled by 2-3 different P.A.'s), but it seemed as if they experimented with my treatment as I was given more different medications than needed. I had a scheduled appointment with Dr N and I left my office to make the appointment on time. I also expected to be get back to the office for a hectic schedule of meetings about an hour and a half later. What is it they say about best laid plans?? After at least 1 hour in the waiting room they audibled and told me i would be seeing a nurse practitioner instead "but don't worry she often treats patients and is very skilled." I wrote this review originally on 12/1/13 but I'm not sure what happened to it. I visited Dr. Groisser and was absolutely disgusted with his unprofessionalism. I had a small growth on my forehead and he removed it. As he was stitching me up he received a call on his cell phone. To this day I'm still shocked that he took the call, using his shoulder to prop up his phone as he finished stitching!!! I would never let this "Doctor" touch me.

I was 5 minutes before my appointment and I waited so long I cancelled my appointment and left. They clearly don't care about overbooking.

In waiting room for 12:45 appointment - front desk terrible! It's after 1:00 and they can't tell us HOW long it will be until we're seen. Terrible service - I would lose my clients for this. There are lots of choices for dermatology - I would not recommend giving them your business for how I felt in that corral.

This practice is clearly mismanaged. Routine waiting times of more than an hour and this evening I called ahead an was told that they were on time only to arrive 10 mins later to be warned by the deal staff that the wait was 45 min to an hour. I'm going to for a practice in my plan that values patients time.

The Verona office is clean and current. The staff is pleasant and professional for the most part. My son has seen a different PA each time he's gone. He has never seen a doctor. However, it took me over two months to get prescriptions to cover his time at summer camp. I called numerous times and went TWICE for only this reason...without my son. (its a 40 minute drive) The final time I refused to leave without the prescriptions. I was told, 'It's against the law to put anything other than today's date on a prescription." I ... read more
