Great customer service. The staff and the doctor addressed all of the concerns I had during and the two times I called after my appointment. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Shivani Thakker is absolutely amazing, I've had variety of skin problems, from acne & hyperpigmentation to severe eczema. But my review comes mostly from the eczema, a painful red, rash all around my mouth, eyes and both hands. She was mindful of the fact that I was breastfeeding and tried everything before moving slowly into a steroid cream which helped immensely. Not only was the office lovely...had a TV listing all the services they perform but every person down to the receptionist at the desk, office manager and PA were splendid. They really should teach a class to others!
My dermatologist is literally the nicest person. The staff is also very polite and welcoming. This is definitely my favorite dermatology place that I've ever been to. They really get down to the problem and really look after you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Great office with a professional staff. Waiting time Is very minimal, I was seen almost immediately after I filled out paper work. Staff is friendly. The PA that saw me diagnosed my problem within minutes and provided me with different options as to a solution.
I've been coming to Schweiger Dermatology for over a year and they're great! I've never had to go to the dermatologist until I had this wound on my hand that would just not heal, even after 3 months. I went to Dr. Shivani Thakker who took her time to explain to me that it was psoriasis and the possible causes of it and has helped me manage it. My dermatologist is very receptive to my concerns and kept working with me towards my problem until i started seeing results. Very little waiting time. Office is so clean. Everyone here is super nice.
I got to be honest: the reason I went to Schweiger Dermatology Forest Hills was because it was two blocks from my home. But the reason I am writing this review is because they exceeded my expectations! Everyone, from the front desk, to the assistant, to the doctor was incredible! Helpful, attentive and accommodating. They were fully booked that day but found a way to squeeze me in the moment they saw it was an emergency. I am grateful and will be coming back. Thank you so much!
I chose this practice because they had weekend hours even on Sunday. It is never crowded when you go and the wait time is not long at all. Providers are very nice and professional.
