This review is for the staff at the doctors office. I called several times to make an appointment, it was impossible! I left a message during business hours on their answering system. I am still waiting for someone to call back. If its this difficult to get someone to call back to make an appointment....FORGET IT! I will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of good dermatologist in Boca!
Not good. The office is very clean and pretty, but the PA I went to was not my favorite. I have a cyst that she just kept squeezing to prove a point, first off...OUCH. Secondly, both her and the medical assistant walked in and out of the exam room without knocking, so I basically flashed anyone that walked by. Also, I was given a script for an antibiotic, not only did the M.A. enter the name incorrectly, but the P.A. didn't even notice and handed me the script! I am disappointed in the lack of follow-up information/ instruction given to heal an area after being treated; After burning off an area, the dermatologist did not tell me that the area would puff up, blister and pop, resulting in sagging skin and reddened area; Clearly derm should be as its name says.
