I got botox for the first time. I only had it done on my forehead it was $330..3 weeks later and I can still wrinkle my forehead. I called them and they said they could use more units but I would have to pay more...so I was disappointed...

Clearlyderm is very deceptive in their billing practices. For every visit, there are always surprise billings to the patient. They will also not hesitate to send you collection letters. It is also very difficult trying to get anyone to answer your billing questions. You are much better off finding a more reputable dermatology provider.

By far the worst dermatologist office I have EVER been to. I came to Clearly Derm due to a cyst on my forehead that needed to be injected with cortisone and I left Clearly Derm with a half inch deep hole in my forehead. The doctor suggested I come back and have them inject saline to fix this huge indentation they created on my forehead. So i did just that; i made a follow up visit to fix the atrophy that was created by the doctor. AVOID. Terrible bedside manner. The medical staff talks negatively about patients behind closed doors. It's completely audible to everyone here. Hopefully management sees this and takes action. Elizabeth's attitude is shameful.

Well I got got again! Don't come here.... I initially called letting them know I was interested in scar revision or scar removal. I was called back and they confirmed what my intention was and I booked an appointment. They decided to book me with a dermatologist that could do absolutely nothing about scarring or provide a cortisone shot for a blemish I inquired about.... ok? The people who work here give you the worst experience ever. They make so many mistakes. The girl make the wrong appointment. I payed twice for no reason. You will lose your money here.

I can't recommend Clearlyderm at all. The doctors and PAs we saw were great, but the manner in which the practice is run is horrible! You can't call the location directly. You have to contact the switchboard. Sometimes they call you back and sometimes they don't. On several occasions when my son needed a prescription refill or I had a question - after waiting several days without a call back - I had to physically goto the location and ask for a refill at the check in desk. I do not recommend the Boca Raton office at all. The exam was extremely rushed. It was difficult to ask questions and receive thorough explanations. I was over charged for every procedure -4 different items- and had to go through several phone calls to get a refund. I was even hung up on during 1 of the calls. It took over 2 1/2 month to get the charges corrected. The billing staff is very rude. Their staff is not all together. I was a new patient. Called in for an appointment and had to wait 6 weeks for one. Five days prior to my appointment, I received a call from their office saying that the doctor I had an appointment with had a family emergency and it was not known when she would be coming back to the office. I asked if I could see another experienced doctor instead, but I wouldn't be able to wait another 6 weeks for an appointment.
