Best overall experience I've had at any doctor's office in a long time. They were friendly, punctual, fast, and very helpful.
Dr. Weatherall is polite, courteous, interested and attentive. She takes the time to explain things to you and does not try to pressure you or sell ancillary services.The waiting room was not crowded. Her staff was patient and friendly. I told her that she was ruining it it for all other dermatologists. Put simply outstanding patient service and treatment
I really like this place, first time I called they were able to get me in. Very knowledgable, friendly, clean and looks so professional. :)
I've gone here a few times, they were always able to see me on the same day. They use nurse practitioners here. There's a surgeon that visits, but only one day a week. I first came here because I liked the fact that they had evening hours. But it's not very beneficial if a surgeon is only there one day a week.

The doctor is great, love her. This rating is due to the fact that for 3 straight days I have been unable to speak to a LIVE PERSON on the phone to find out how much a procedure will cost me. I hate this. It was never this difficult when it was Clearly Derm. Now you automaticlly get a computer voice which asks you a million questions only to transfer you to someone "who can help" and then you get a call center that cannot answer questions either. Long wait time!! Told to come early but sat in waiting room for 55 minutes before being called to sit some more in an examination room. Still haven't seen Dr Wetherall yet. Schweiger was supposed to improve wait times! I'm just here for a skin check.
It is absolutely impossible to speak to the local office if you have an issue post-treatment. Every number you call goes to a foreign outsourced call center. They said they couldn't apply my Aspire points so I paid full price... and then got an email from Aspire that all my points had been redeemed.

This place is all Pretty and new, but the service is the worse i ever being, had appointment on June 11th and they set another appointment for cist removal on my back July 25th, they said that will call back for insurance approval... My insurance never received a call from them and i have being calling this place every week, today is the 21St of July and absolutely nothing, no one do a simple fallow up request and that is it for... Don't go there, it is terrible service. 0 STAR

I have been a client for over 4 years and for the most part was very happy coming here. Recently there were changes made to the business and it's gone down hill. Two visits ago I got skipped over for my appointment and sat for some time before they realized the mistake.
