Have been with ClearlyDerm for years and never had any issues. Since Schweiger has taken over it's has been a total disaster. In the last few months, now several issues from waiting over an hour for appointments and billing errors that are almost impossible to resolve. Make sure you get a receipt when paying with a card because they lose those payments for some reason. As much as I love Dana Glass, looking for a new group. They're just too hard to deal with.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Had to wait almost two hours past my appointment time just to get two stitches removed today! Stitch removal took two minutes! Unbelievably poor service and so disrespectful to patients who had appointments. THE OFFICE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

I don't recommend this place. Everything was great until they were bought out by that stupid Schweiger group. There is no possible way to contact the clearlyderm office and speak to a representative. It's literally IMPOSSIBLE. I can't set up appointments as conveniently as I use to. The patient care is really lacking and it's probably because they outsource their call center to India. I'm also curious how much of our patient data they share with this call center and if HIPAA violations are involved here. I'm not comfortable ... read more

I just had the WORST experience with this practice! at Boca Raton in Powerline! Because of a biopsy result , another surgical procedure had to be scheduled 2 weeks ago. They had the audacity to call me the night before my procedure to ask for a referral from my PCP. Got the referral, show up for my appointment , had me waiting 40 minutes to tell me that my PCP referral is not accepted. That they need a referral from the actual Insurance Company.....what?????? I have to say working with this office, Dr Wheatherall and her staff was a complete mess. I moved to Florida and as a new patient it took over 4 months to set an appointment. I set it for October 3 and unfortunately I had a conflict with the date needing to be out of town for business. I called to reschedule today and initially was told December was the earliest to reschedule. The Boca office on Palmetto Park Road has deteriorated significantly. The staff are incompetent . We experienced issues ranging from being told we had no appt when it was confirmed the day before when we called; waited 45 minutes to be seen by the PA, Elizabeth, with whom the appt was made, were told the appt was not with her and my child as eventually seen by a different PA who we were not familiar with and didn't make the appt. with. In the past I have loved Clearlyderm and never had an issue. Visited this time on 9/19. Left a message on 9/21 with a question about my script in which they got right back with me. Left another message the following week on the same subject and as of today 10/6, I haven't heard a thing from them. 2 and a half weeks of silence. Love the people there and it's only a communication issue so feel free to go by there for any issues you may have. I won't though.
