BEWARE SCAM!!!! I'll give them one star because some of the doctors are nice. But this office and the nyc office are a complete joke. Believe me they take your money fast and treat you like garbage after. Dr. Goldberg is good at procedures and upselling but he's chasing the money and will lie to you in your face. I didn't read the Yelp reviews before going there, bad mistake. they made me wait one hour. the receptionists are not nice, and all they care about is to get your money. this place is located inside Hackensack Medical Center, but it's not a medical clinic. it just didn't feel right. I don't think they care about the patient.
If I could it would be no stars for you guys. Extremely disappointed as someone who came to them to receive "good service" as someone who was already a former client. This is terrible!. This supposed to be a Professional Facility. Writing about a patient like this? What is this world coming to? They gave me the Wrong Medication. The patient did not agree with a treatment regimen that was recommended. Horrible patient care! Front desk are as rude and unprofessional as they can be. I went there because they were recommended by ZOCDOC and also a friend who goes there. What a mistake! A waste of $2000 for 6 sessions of laser hair removal with little results. The doctor said 6 sessions would take care of me due to the contrast between my light skin and dark hair. I think he even noticed it wasn't working because initially he said the first time would be the most painful, and the last 3 sessions became increasingly more painful. Extremely unhappy with the doctor and the lack of results. I saw Dr. Lolis for laser acne treatment and she deemed that I was the perfect candidate for the cool image laser with LED therapy too for 5 sessions (roughly $5,000 in total). I've finished the treatments 5 months ago and my acne is still exactly the same. When I went back for my follow up, she said she would throw in free salicylic acid peels for free and that it would expedite my results. I did one of them and my face never even peeled. Highly unlikely to return for a 2nd visit. I spent more time in waiting rooms and treatment room waiting. Than I did with doc. I was not here for cosmetics and not interested wanted dermatology assistance with very itchy skin. Doc came in -5 minutes didn't really even look at my skin or scalp called in an rx. Asked if it didn't get better should I return - it will be better. It always works. Hmmm

I had 5 treatments of "E-Matrix" for acne scars with Dr. Goldberg. I was told it was a new laser treatment that would stimulate the collagen of my skin to improve my acne scarring.
