At first, very happy that I was able to schedule an initial appointment easily. Appointment was at 8am. I chose an early appointment so that there will be lesser chance of waiting. Got there a 7:55am, completed the needed patient info on the tablet. 8:36am, still waiting. 8:46am, was shown into a room. 9:17 am, doctor still did not come in... at 9:20 am I walked out. What a waste of time.

I always struggled with acne and I decided to get treated. My first time was with Dr. Catena and she did a great job by listening and caring about me and my acne but somehow I couldn't continue going to the west Orange office so I decided to go to Hackensack where I saw Dr. Lolis. She was the worse person, I had my appointment at 9:10, by 9:45 I asked the secretary if she can check on the doctor. I came here last year about my hair loss and I saw Erin Courtney and she recommended me to use Rogaine, 8 months later I saw no results went to see her again this year and she performed a scalp biopsy and once I got results back she said my only option was to go back to Rogaine (mind you I told her it wasn't working) or to take nutrafol, almost 6 months taking those pills I saw no results. Don't bother wasting your time and money on the expensive Aviclear treatment, here I am 3 months after my last session, I'm supposed to see CLEAR results at this time and I have been breaking out more actually!

I visited Dr. Goldberg at this office on June 19, so that he could examine two spots on my left cheek. He took a biopsy from one of them, and his nurse Mabel applied Vaseline and a spot adhesive bandage to the site, saying I should change the bandage daily and reapply Vaseline. She said I had to keep the site from scabbing over. When I awoke the next morning, I went to remove the bandage before taking a shower - it had fallen off during the night. This place is a total scam all around ! As a very reputable physician told me recently( which I found out too late ) , this practice merged and it is not what it used to be . unfortunately they just thrive on taking peoples money and making them believe cosmetic procedures are the end all be all. Last Friday I went to the Hackensack location and I was appalled by the actions of some workers there. Specifically 2 female employees (1 Asian the other looks Spanish) they were extremely loud and kept making fun of other patients as they walked by. There was 1 lady that I felt so bad for!!! Every patient in the fully crowded waiting areas, including the patient being harassed could hear them laughing and making fun of her, just looking at her face you could see how embarrassed she was. I have been going here for a few years because I have uncontrollable itching from head to toe where I end up in the ER to get itchin relie. This office gives me the runaround and will not let me see a real doctor only the nurse practitioners who do nothing. I made an appointment in the office last month with one of the doctors and later the same day I got a text canceling my appointment with no reason. The itching is the worst because nothing stops it except an injection. They also say they will call you back and never do

The information given to a patient Before starting cosmetic treatments is not accurate. in 2 occasions I was told that the treatment will solve my problem and it did not. Also, that the amount of sessions required are much less than what really happens. If you are thinking about having pastelle laser treatment for dark spots, do not waste your time and money.
