I had been a patient for a good number of years and always had great experiences. The PA Erin was exceptional and couldn't have been more professional. I tried another Schweiger location and it was an absolute disaster. I recently returned here and was told I had skin cancer and needed a Mohs treatment. I have a lesion in my ear that caused me pain and discomfort. Hasnain Rangwala the PA that took care of me said it was precancerous and not to worry about it. I kept going back with this complaint three times and all three times he said not to worry about it it was nothing and that it could not be removed. I went to my ENT and got a second opinion and my ENT said it looked bad and did a biopsy of my ear. Got an estimate to remove 5 tattoos. I was told each session would take about 1.5 hours and cost $5,000. That's $3,333.33 per hour. This would be the hourly salary of someone making 7 million dollars per year. I'd suggest anyone looking for tattoo removal save the $125 consultation fee they require and look elsewhere. I was unable to get my deposit back from them after being told a significantly smaller figure over the phone.

I waited six weeks for my September 16 appointment with Doctor DAVID CIOCON to remove a tiny, ¼ inch, Basal Cell Carcinoma from my left cheek. I was told by a PA in the Hackensack office that he was the best doctor for such a procedure but is only in the Hackensack office on Monday afternoon/evenings. If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother is an oncology patient suffering from an infection in her scalp. She is wheelchair bound. We arrived 8 minutes late to our appointment and the nurse practitioner Erin REFUSED to see us. Refusal to see a patient with a potentially serious infection could have serious implications on my mother's health. We were then forced to be seen at an emergency room. I went for my annual skin care check up and totally disappointed with this dermatolgy group on centrum road in paramus New Jersey. I spent more time filling out the paper work then being with the doctor. I know they see plenty of moles and know which ones are cancerous but at least give me a chanxe to ask questions. By far the most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. I arrived and was send to waiting room 2 in the back. I waited 15 minutes and noticed people going in before me. I asked how much longer the wait would be and was told nobody ever checked me in so I had been waiting to no reason while others went ahead. Dr. Sumayah Jamal created more black heads and cysts on my back when she cleaned out black heads without trying to soften or treat them first. Her treatment resulted in enlarging the cyst sac. I would not recommend her.

I just wanted to note that my experience was at the Hackensack location. I can't imagine things being much better anywhere else, but my comments are strictly about Hackensack. I should also note that I was never sent for any tests and no cultures were taken of my condition, so maybe I could have been diagnosed correctly if anyone bothered to do their due diligence.
