The information given to a patient Before starting cosmetic treatments is not accurate. in 2 occasions I was told that the treatment will solve my problem and it did not. Also, that the amount of sessions required are much less than what really happens. If you are thinking about having pastelle laser treatment for dark spots, do not waste your time and money. This was one of the worst appointment experiences I have ever had in my life because of the long wait time, unhelpful appointment, and return visit for my license the front desk never gave back. I waited over 45 minutes in a stuffy waiting room with others who said they waited over an hour. I made an appointment months ago for my daughter in November only for them to call and cancel-happily I rescheduled for December 10th, they constantly sent messages that they have earlier appointments available, one came up that fit my schedule and snagged it for 11/22 @ 4:20. Unfortunately my daughter caught the flu they rescheduled for me for the day after Thanksgiving for 2:20pm. I give Dr. Lal 5 stars for helping my daughter with her acne. Unfortunately, he left the medical group. My daughter was scheduled to meet Dr. Cicon for her second visit. He was there but never showed up to examine her. We waited an hour and then got a practitioner which is not who we scheduled an appointment with. The waiting rooms were over packed and it was clear they overbooked appointments. Not a good way to run a business. I felt like we were at a cattle call.

Don't go here. You will wait over an hour ( sometimes 2 hours) even thou you have appt. But that is not the worst part. over a year after I am still dealing with them because they invent charges and send me bills for things i have already paid for , and SENT THEM STATEMENTS FOR!! This place is crazy. avoid

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had a 10:50 AM appointment with Dr. Margarita Lolis. We were brought into a room fairly quickly when we got there, but as time went by, we were still not seen/checked up on by anyone. Now it's 12:00 PM and still nothing. The office assistant (or physician assistant) came to our exam room and said "oh you guys weren't seen yet?" To that I said "no. No one has come in here." She checked her iPad, asked for the last name, and I saw that our status was "checked out" at 11:47 AM. I was l... read more

I went to this office with a referral to Tina but unfortunately could not get an appointment with her. So I had my first appointment with Amy Tank to which she did a culture test on a concerning (and very large) lump on my forehead, she told me she would call me the previous day with the results. I've honestly had more thorough checks at TSA than I experienced with Dr. Goldberg and my "full body check" appointment as a new patient at their NYC location. After waiting in a gown for 30 minutes he finally zipped in, quickly looked at the couple of spots I'd mentioned to the nurse and told me they were nothing to worry about.
