I very much do NOT recommend. I had a mole on my face I was nervous about getting removed for years and I expressed that when I sat in the chair, sharing my concerns and asking if I should see a plastic surgeon for removal because it was on my face. Without explaining to me clearly what he was doing, the Doctor completely shaved my mole off for testing and said it will look totally fine. Try getting them on the phone - you can't. They just hire a useless service company to take calls and make appointments for services the team cant help with. They are an absolute mess. The Hackensack location stuffs people in the waiting rooms and doesn't follow covid protocol.
AVOID! I had been a happy patient for over 2 years, but ever since the merger with Schweiger Dermatology last summer, this place has gone downhill. Some of their best doctors have left, and the new staff is AWFUL. The woman at the front desk is loud and rude (she yelled across the entire waiting room about a private procedure I had) and she didn't take the time to make note of what I explained to her, resulting in my being charged again for a treatment I already paid for. Wow.. the billing department are a bunch of scammers. I paid with my credit card on the day of service and now they are trying to bill me double, saying I didn't pay. Meanwhile, I have my credit card statement to prove I paid. Be very careful... they overcharge or charge twice. Keep all your documents and receipts.
Terrible experience. I suppose to have Miradry laser for excessive underarms sweating. I got the local anesthesia and than the laser broke and I didn't get the treatment. I got full refund but I wasted my time and now have swollen underarms because of anesthesia and now I need to go through this again in a different saloon. Face palm.

Worst experience ever. I had a vascular occlusion on my face and I could either pay hundreds upfront or have the skin on my face rot. The ken Barbie look-a-like doctor prescribed me some useless cream. I now have scars on my face from the occlusion. This office will not work with you on a payment plan if you are in dire need of help. They will turn you away because they don't see dollar signs. I have had an extremely unprofessional experience with this office. I never received a bill, and then received a letter that my bill was sent to collections. It was impossible to get through to them, they wouldn't call me back, answer any of my questions. It sounds like their Customer Service is located outside of the US and there is no courtesy whatsoever. Never going back here again.
It's a shame how this place has gone downhill. This is no fault of anyone in general, I just think this place needs better office leadership. Here is my experience. this review is more so on the STAFF/PHONE OPERATOR(S) than the doctors. I have been going back and forth with this office for two months now on an issue that should of only taken two weeks. The reason for the delay in getting my procedure is because the immediate office staff INCORRECTLY filed my claim with my insurance company.
