I wish it allowed me to give this place ZERO stars. I came here for a chemical peel. I was led into the private patient room for the procedure. I left my pocketbook and coat in the room, while I went to take pictures of my face with the blue background and the 3D machine. Upon return, I was asked to pay for my procedure. I notice the $300 I had in my wallet was missing. The money was in my wallet prior to entering the office, as I checked before arriving. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.I had previously posted a review of SLSS but cant see it, so i'm gladly writing a new one. I would first like to say that this place is the biggest rip off. I went here originally for my upper lip and had Amy the PA. After about 3 laser sessions Amy started lasering my cheeks and my neck and pretty much lasering everything on my face. I wish I could give 0 star to this place. I went this place a few weeks ago.for really small treatment 'milia' around my eyes.I only had a few big a few small..Before my vacation I decided to get rid of them.I got my appointment over the phone.They told me it will cost 350$. I was like okay. I head to the place to meet them and arrange the appointment day. This place is the WORST! There are two doctors Amy Tank and a male Dr.Handler. I have no idea how they both became doctors and who even hired them. Everytime I would go to the office they wouldnt remember me and mind you i paid $300 each time i went for a 5 minute procedure that they couldnt even do correctly. They told me it would work after the 4th-5th try and nothing!!!!! They continued to lie to me and trick me for my money and i totally trusted them. Not impressed at all. I couldn't get an appointment with my regular dermatologist so I opted to go here for a quick service and consult/2nd opinion on my KP. Dr. L's response was to do another chemical peel (over $500). I was looking for other options. I also had an injection for acne spot done but it wasn't even done right because it's a week later and it's still on my face as if nothing was done. The doctor and her PA were not personable. I don't really have anything good to say about this place and I thought I would've gotten BETTER service as a former patient. My family and I all went to this facility but I will never go back after what happened nor will I ever refer anyone to go here!!!! Made my appointment and waited a really long time for Dr. Goldberg. I wanted the silhouette facelift. After consulting with Dr. Goldberg I was assured that I would achieve the results I wanted. It was very painful and very expensive $6500.00 and not worth it its been 4 months and I still see nothing. Dont waste your time. or money. They never even called for a folllowup just to see if I was happy and ok.
