I went to this location to get a mole inspected. I received a full body check which was OK except the PA completely missed a large mole on my foot during his check and said his "inspection method" missed that location. Fine. He moved on to look at the mole on my back. He made the claim that it was simply a pimple and asked me if I wanted him to take care of it for me. Be careful with any bills you may receive in the mail despite insurance covering your entire visit. It was made out to be an honest mistake when my insurance conducted a conference call to resolve the issue, but it still baffles me why I would receive a bill. My gut says it was an attempt to defraud me but there's a small chance it was an honest mistake so just be cautious. The experience visiting the office was not a pleasant one either. Everytime I've come here, they can never properly diagnose my issue. They make me spend all this money, only to go to another derm and them figure it out immediately. They're seriously overpriced as well. They charge $250 for a cortisone shot (one pimple) whereas way higher end derms in the city charge $50. The front desk staff is rude. There are so many great dermatologists in this city, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a wart on my thumb and went here 5 times to tried to have it removed. They did tried to freeze it off each time and nothing changed, but instead of doing something new, the doctor would just tell me to come back in 2 weeks to try the same thing. At first I thought it was just a very stubborn wart, but after the 5th visit I realized it was just incompetence. The receptionist frowned at me for the most part. I waited for 10mins, the PA saw me for like.. 2mins. Literally. She sent the scripts to a pharmacy I don't know and I wasn't even asked if I wanted that pharmacy. She verbalized the instructions, but she didn't take her time to explain what's wrong with me or what the meds are for. I've never seen a doctor/PA so quick lol. She was nice though, but I wish that they'd consider how the patient feels rather than just jumping to the next one.

I have been a patient at this location for about two months, I have a recurring rash which was misdiagnosed at least three times. I have been on several different treatments, and that should have been a turn off but I understand skin conditions can be complicated. Long story short biopsy came back and stated it was a allergic reaction. A month after treatment I went in yesterday for a patch test. They are just awful. The doctor (Dr. Kopp) did an unnecessary procedure on me assuring there is not gonna be any charge since they are gonna write it in a way that insurance will cover. but they did not and I got charged a lot for a temporary unnecessary procedure. As I got the insurance estimate by mail, I called them and they reassured me again there is a mistake and there is no need to pay the bill. Was not impressed by this place. First, the good. Clean, friendly office. Wait time was not too bad. Very friendly staff. Now, the bad. First, they charged my close to 100 dollars as a "new patient". It was actually more than that but with my insurance I just paid a tad under 100 dollars. Never have I (noticed) that from any doctor and it sounds pretty ridiculous to me. Service of this practice is terrible. 3 receptionists yet they don't pick up the phone to take appt calls. I called on a Friday repeatedly to make an apt and only got voicemail. Finally I got an apt for Monday for a severe allergy eczema and they promised they call in a cream. I waited all day still severely suffering from the condition. They never called!
