So awful I don't even want to waste my time. Yet I have to warn others...go elsewhere! You cannot EVER get through on the phone. I've been trying for 3 days. They have my records and I want to get them and go to another doctor. This place is worse than a third world country with third world medicine. Spare yourself the stress.

If you want the worst experience when trying to contact your doctor or even an office admin - then this is your place. I have never been able to reach anyone through phone. I have left multiple voicemails in regard to a question regarding my medication. Last time to make an appointment I had to walk in and the admins basically told me "yes nobody picks up the phone here"
For some reason, the dermatology group is sending me marketing emails. No thank you.....! Not a fan of this place. Your own experience may differ.
Wow, very expensive, even with insurance, it was a huge mistake going there. Also, they keep calling me to "discuss my account" which is paid in full, and when I did call back to discuss their account, no one ever picks up the phone, so I got tired of waiting for them. I will never go back there again.
The phone system is atrocious. The receptionists work at different desks with different numbers each day so if you don't call back the same day you can't reach them. I had to figure this out myself. The main call center is constantly busy. You have to call at 9 am or expect a half hour or more wait. I had to have two biopsies taken and after the first one I was assured that my welt was probably benign and the second biopsy was a formality. It turned out that I did have squamous/basal cancer. I went in for a consultation for acne scarring. I was recommended to get the F.A.S.T laser. I was assured by Julie Guessin that this was the laser I wanted to get during the consultation. I'm in my early 30's, African American, and I have darker skin with multiple types of deep acne scarring. This was all assessed during the consultation, and I was still told to get the F.A.S.T laser. Overall, the experience I had with administration and wait times was extremely disappointing, however, my experience with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Churgin was very pleasant. I had a cyst forming on the bridge of my nose, just below my eye, and first saw Dr. Seibt at the Midtown west location. He referred me to what he called the "plastics person" and had me schedule a second appointment for the removal. The assistant took a picture of the cyst for my chart records. Wow where to begin. My visit was on time, the Dr was professional and took care of what needed to be done in a professional manor. Then things went south, I was asked to pay upfront for a deductible when I had already spoken to the office manager about being billed for any upfront charges.I was then told by the same person ( office administrator, front desk rep) in a very nasty tone: "ok I will talk to my billing department have a nice day !" I recently went for an appointment with a physician assistant and the prescription provided for a skin issue was not working for me. I called the office three days in a row to ask the physician's assistant to call me back and/or prescribe a new prescription that is more effective. Each day I was told I'd get a call back by the end of the day. Never got a call back.
