Spent nearly $4000 for scar removal with fraxel laser. Dr Schweiger said about 70% better, well..I only see 30-40% better. The result is not that promising and I'm thinking about seeking a plastic surgeon at this point. They try to talk you into buying products and I don't like to be pressured.

They always send a new girl to make phone calls to collect payments when actually they just don't update their system. What an awful way to take advantage of your customers money. I love the UVB light therapy because it helps me ezcema, but they are disorganized with booking and keeping up payments. Their front desk helpers seemed to be overwhelmed with handling the front desk.
