Arrived for my first appointment on time during lunch on a Monday. Waited 45 minutes before they tried to hand me off to another provider in the building. Left without being seen and will be finding another practice.
I seriously regret ever coming here. Constant issues with the billing department and the front desk receptionists at this location are incredibly rude. Only reason I'm still coming here is I'm on a 6 mo treatment and Susan Hirsch is amazing--after I finish, I won't ever be coming back.
What a mill! Went for an annual full body scan and it felt like "slam, bam, thank you mam". Took something off my back, which was not necessary but would not look at the infected pore stating "don't know anyone who would surgically remove that, insurance doesn't pay". I am perfectly capable of paying out of pocket, but after the dismissive tone, I would not accept a referral from this place. The bathroom was disgusting! Not a good sign for a medical practice.
Provider: Bruce, Heller, M. D., I chose the dermatologist group because of some reviews but I realized that not every provider are committed. First, he rush the time stating that he has another patient in the next room and just spared 2 minutes with me where I was told by the staff that its10 minutes each session. I was diagnosed with Melanoctyc nevus with mild Dysplasia and keep saying will do another mold check in the next appt because of you medical insurance. I'm a ent physician in phila my 21 year old daughter was seen here and huddled into removal of a microscopic vessel on her nose. This less than three min surgery charge was more than $400. This was an outrageous hustle. I've been in practice 40 years and I am embarrassed by physician who hustle the unknowing public shame on this group who professes to be so venerated!!!! Stay away
Stay away! They spend no time with you, and are horrible with follow up. I had to call three times to get a prescription that they prescribed to me an appointment even called into my pharmacy. They do not care about patients and are just trying to make as much money as possible. Total scam!!

DON'T GO HERE! They over charge and the results are not worth it. After see the PA, not the doctor, they told me they would be right back - 45 min later I stuck my head out and asked if I could leave. They just looked at me and said go ahead. WASTE OF TIME. Over priced meds and complicated procedure to get my insurance to cover. She makes me come back every three months just to charge my insurance - Not even joking she spends less that two minutes with me. Go to a dermatologist who doesn't treat you like a dollar bill.

I have been a patient of a group recently merged with Schweiger. And was always extremely happy with the care as well as the administrative support. That changed dramatically recently when I had a biopsy performed and had not heard about the results. After 1.5 weeks I started calling. Each time i reached the call center (they said the direct line was busy and calls got forwarded) I was told that the results were in but they couldn't tell me; they were contacting the office and i should expect a call from the provider ... read more
Very unprofessional and very rude !!A money scamming company !! I wish I would have listened to all the bad reviews I seen on here !!Horrible for Botox !!!!!!!!!! Oh my god I never write reviews but they tell you their injecting you this amount but their lying they go by area and not by unit ! That's how they get you . You end up spending double the money for what you could have gotten somewhere else for less . And I've gotten Botox over 10 times with professional doctors this time he wasn't even skilled at injecting the Bot... read more
