Gave a wrong diagnosis in person. Took a test and never called with the results as promised. Didn't return phone calls to respond about this. I don't even understand why I wasted my time or copay to visit. Oh, and if you want to cancel or reschedule, you have to do it on the phone. But often no one picks up and they don't have take messages. So you have to just keep calling. And even after canceling an appointment, you will still get emails and texts about your (non) appointment. Who does this in 2018? What a mess.

I was not impressed with Ami Dalal. I saw her today as a first time patient. Her bedside manner was terrible. She made me feel rushed and unimportant. Her hello and goodbye was more a duty on her checklist than an actual human connection. She came in and diagnosed without really asking a lot of questions, and didn't allow me the opportunity to ask questions either. She was eager to throw a prescription at me with no talk about options. I would not recommend her.

Had my first two sessions of laser tattoo removal on Friday- it is now Monday evening and the nurse has not called in my script for the medical ointment that helps with healing and scarring. Emailed the nurse personally on Friday and called twice today- the patient line connects you to someone who sends a message to a portal making a request and notifying the nurse that you called. Doctors and practitioners are good but the office operations need an overhaul. Regularly made to wait 40+ minutes for a simple consult. Most recently had a Saturday appointment with the aesthetician. Was made to wait over 50 minutes before being told it would be a little longer (there was no one else in the office the entire time) and I was the first appointment. Other options are available with much less time wastage. Poor experience.

Do not go to this group of practices. Failure to record correct prescriptions, once prescriptions are fixed (after a lengthy phone call to figure out who is responsible), they forget to call them in. Once they called the pharmacy, they forgot one of the two prescriptions, which resulted in another phone call back to Schweiger and jumping through hoops on their absurd phone chain to figure out who to talk to. The absolute worst care I have ever received. Had two moles removed in August, one is not healing. I've had to literally chase down someone to follow up with at this office- emails go unanswered and no one is available to help me. Today was the last straw. I had an appointment at 5:15- I specifically mentioned to the person when I called to make the appointment that I was worried about traffic during that time. My experience with Schweiger Dermatology actually had some good points to it as everyone I encountered in person seemed very nice. Although the wait time whilst there is quite long (once I was waiting 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was seen) that is not why I gave one star. As with a few other reviews I have seen, my difficulty with this company is with billing. ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE BUTCHERED I went here a few times for usual skin checks and being Irish had to have a few moles biopsied and some removed. This place caused much more scarring than previous dermatologists I've been to.. it's been close to 3 years and I have a terrible huge lumpy scar as if someone went at me with a hacksaw. Took them months to diagnose and treat my wife's rash. So many co-pays for appointments and insurance issues - in the end we felt they were more interested in profits than just diagnosing and treating a simple rash.
