California Skin Institute is the best place to go for any dermatology need! I attended the open house last week and each doctor I spoke with was very knowledgeable. Dr. Wolf & Dr. Morganroth spoke about unique procedures that seem much safer and fulfilling than plastic surgery alternatives. Even the staff was very helpful/friendly in showing off the new location and answering any questions that popped up. This office was an extremely unpleasant experience overall. I walked in to the office and the staff were all chatting amongst themselves, and it took a few minutes until my presence was acknowledged. Honestly, I wouldn't have even been bothered by this if it wasn't for what was to come. Dr. Wolf was complacent and uncaring for my dermatological care. I asked her to look at the rash around my eye and she said, "it looks fine". I had to take her light fixture and shine a light on it myself in order for her to say, "ohh yeah ... read more

I have seen Dr. Wolfe once a year to do a body scan to make sure all is ok for the past 5 years. She has always been nice and pleasant. Her staff as well has always been great. I would recommend her.

This was my first visit to Dr. Wolf. I read all the reviews and was fascinated by the contrasting opinions. I totally agree with Shoji. From the first time I phoned the office for an appointment through my visit with Dr. Wolf, I could not have been more pleased. Everyone was positive, informative and efficient. I got in at the appointed time and Dr. Wolf after evaluating my concern wanted to follow-through in a more extensive manner than anticipated. I just had the worse experence with this office they, First of all I schukde an appoitment over a montha go they call me to let me know that they neede to cancel because the person who did this quit they told me that the were goimg to call me and they never did I had to call the and reschulde I had the appt for today it was a 3 hour procedure so I get their and the machine did not work after I took half day off with out pay they really did not care it seem that they didi't care about loosing a client I do not reccomend going... read more

Over several years, my family and I have seen Dr Wolf for a variety of things- she has always been accessible, professional and her diagnoses spot-on (no pun intended). I would not hesitate to recommend her.

To reuse a phrase, Dr. Butler is amazing. I can't recommend her highly enough. I saw her at CPMC for MOHS surgery and found her & her staff to be highly professional & personable. A very good experience!!

I cannot believe the other reviews ... pretty harsh! I totally disagree. I thought Dr. Wolf was very kind, empathetic, and attentive toward me. She exudes a confidence that quickly assuaged my fears that some important 'fact' I knew about ---and she didn't --- would be overlooked. She seems incredibly bright and perspicacious, and I felt it very easy to trust her. (I wish she could be my GP.) I had a spot under my eyebrow that looked funny. It turned out to be benign. Save yourself the trouble and don't go see this Dermatologist. She and her staff are very rude and unhelpful. I'm a very pleasant person and hate to write bad reviews but I had to on this one... I went in to see her hoping she can help me find the right treatment for my skin (one side was terribly irritated) and one of my nails (which seemed to be caving in and not growing back.) She wrote some expensive topical prescriptions out and told me I can only go to an independent pharmacy she has ties with to get them. Well, I got ... read more
