I used them today, didn't get to see a doctor just "nancy" should have left right away. paid 75$ for a consultation from a physician assistant. she recommended hydroquinone and retinol both which they sold, so I thought why not, the dosages they sold me were high in concentration per the bottle which worried me because I have nightmares on either when i have taken then in the past like clockwork, paid 143$ for a product i later discovered was produced by the "institute" when i got home tried them on, these dosages of either ... read more

I've been visiting Dr Wolf here for about 6 months. I am always helped quickly as there is never a line longer than one person at the front desk, and I'm not usually in the wait area for more than 5 minutes. They'll give you a text / a call a few days before your appointment which is great for me to keep appointments on my radar. I've never tried any of their facials / other services but it seems like those are pretty popular. Very glad to be visiting this office and would recommend to family / friends!

Hidden and undisclosed extra fees, not to mention a doctor constellation is $300.00 this is the highest I have ever seen, just to see the doctor for 5 minutes, I had a consultation with Dr. Dudas for 5 minutes, then received a bill for $295 wish they told me before I went in.

I came in to this office with several bumps on my face. When I asked Dr. Susan Wolf what could be done about them, she first acted as though they were nothing, then when I said, I am bothered by them," she said, "I can tell." But she didn't seem like she cared at all that I was bothered. So I pushed, and asked again, "What can we do about them?" I would rate this company 0 stars but I loved my doctor. Dr. Liz Papp is amazing. Very professional and I would recommend her to anyone. She helped me start my Accutane, treated me with respect and I felt like she truly cared about me as a patient. The front end staff/billing department is incompetent and disrespectful to their patients. I was incorrectly billed MULTIPLE times and kept getting sent bills that were either already paid, or incorrect....for things I hadn't even had! I'm really surprised at all the negative reviews for Dr. Susan Wolf. I started seeing her many years ago when my HMO insurance would not cover the office visit. She was that good that I paid out of pocket. Now I have a PPO and am thrilled that I'm covered but I would not hesitate to self-pay if necessary. I find Dr. Wolf to be reserved, confident and very knowledgeable. Perhaps this doesn't sit well with some people but the bottom line is that she knows what she is doing. I won't be going back to this location, or any other within the network. The receptionists and the doctors have no sense of customer service, or patient empathy. Every single interaction, with every single person I have talked to has been difficult, rushed, impersonal and frankly just rude. Don't go if you want to be treated like a human patient and individual. There are many other facilities and doctors out there, you can do better.

I was led to believe that a shave off mole removal was approximately $220. When I got to my appointment, I was shown the real prices $300 for a single mole shave off plus a doctors visit fee, over $400 total! I declined the procedure but I WAS STILL CHARGED $107 for a worthless consultation that took less that 10 minutes. This place is a rip off. They should be more honest about their pricing, its clearly printed on the card inside the doctors office, but you are charged a doctors visit fee to set foot in there.
