I went to Dr Susan Wolf based on the recommendations on ZodDoc. Unlike her reviews on Zocdoc She was very unfriendly, rude and treated me like I was stupid when I asked questions about my skin!! From the moment she walked into the room I felt like she was doing me a big favor by looking at the problem i had. The worst customer service ever. The receptionist Never told the doctor about my call. Then the doctor who was supposed to be on call refused to help me after I explained that I had been waiting for over a week to resolve my issue. The response "call back on Monday." I will never go back to this place. Good luck to you if you do. One star because I had no choice. I really rate them at 0.

My husband just came back from having yet another MOHS surgery at the San Mateo office and was really bummed out by the treatment he got there. MOHS is the process of removing cancerous skin layer by layer until the pathology reveals the cancer is gone. It's an unpleasant procedure that can go on for hours and it's done without anesthesia. The doctor forgot his prescription. And the front desk girls were rude and impatient when he asked them for the wifi code, which they didn't even know. I honestly wish I would have checked reviews before coming here. I saw Dr. Webb's assistant years ago at another location more in Downtown San Mateo.. I figured this location would be similar.. NOPE! Unfortunately she was fully booked, so I decided to see Dr. Susan Wolf. I went to Dr Susan Wolf for some skin issues. She diagnosed them very quickly and gave me some printed material with background information about the problems (and a hydro-cortisone ointment prescription). She also identified some spots which needed to be removed. She used a liquid nitrogen spray to remove them. The whole visit was fast, informative and useful. That's what I want from a doctor. Also, the office staff was good. My appointment was on-time. The waiting room looked ok, but I didn't have to wait.

Extremely professional. Dr. Wolf spent a lot of time to help diagnose me. Best in th peninsula.

I have been using CSI for cosmetic dermatological issues for almost a year now and am consistently impressed by them. The front desk staff and office manager are extremely professional. It is nice when your doctor's office remembers you by face. I have never had any major procedures or surgery here and cannot comment on these, but I have had dermatology services, which I have been pleased with.

No, just.....NO Dr Abrams was the best Derm in the Bay Area and could take one look at you an correctly diagnose the problem, unfortunately she retired last year so I was looking for a competent Dr. I came on Yelp and read the rave reviews and made an appointment for Dr Wolf. My toes had become infected and had blisters the size of grapes on top of them, it was so painful I could barely walk.
