I have an issue with an appointment I scheduled with the office of Dr. Susan Wolf. The provider never confirmed the appointment I scheduled using Zocdoc and when I called the next day to confirm, they said they didn't have availability for when I booked the appointment. They also didn't have any availability for two days. I'm in pain and have already wasted 24 hours trying to get into a doctor, they wasted my time. I have been a patient of Dr. Susan Wolf for well over 10 years. I have always been impressed with her professionalism and the time that she spends with me really focused and listening to my concerns. I have never felt rushed, and feel my questions always get answered. She always runs ontime which is nice considering the busy schedules we all have. Just came back from appointment with Susan Wolf. This is the worse doctor visit ever. The doctor had no smile, no expression, no explanation to the disease, just prescribed a cortisone. The front desk staff same thing, rude and no patient. I was told paying $75-170 depending on the complexity while making appointment. The visit was 5 minutes, total sentences from doctor less than 10, should be no complexity at all. But they charged me 165 and did not want to explain much basically saying nobody paying $75. Susan wolf is the WORST dermatologist. She looked at the problem and gave exactly what my primary care doctor prescribed which was hydrocortisone and steroid, this did NOT fix my skin problem. She should listen to her patients. My Esthetician was able to address my concern better and doesn't even have a doctors degree. I will definitely tell my friends, family and colleagues to not waste their money on this doctor.

I gave this company a second chance but again they disappointed me. I emailed them for an appt. to discuss a specific laser to treat myself and my sons acne. The assistant called me back and booked the appt for me to come knowing that they didn't have the laser I was asking about at this location. I was charged $ 75 to discuss other options. What a waste of my time and Dr. Wolfs. This type of practice is unethical and the staff needs to be retrained. They get 1 star for being on time with the appt. Be careful!

I had a great experience with Dr Susan Wolf I am very satisfied with my experience with her This was my first visit for my adult cystic Acne that I have struggled with for WAY to long especially at my age. Dr Wolf looked at acne and prescribed some antibiotics and ointment to clear up my acne since I do not know how to leave them Alone She sent in my prescription and I received them the next day by courier so fancy I am Very pleased with my visit and feel my face is going to enjoy it also. I went in for a consult with Julia who I think is patient coordinator. She got me in right away and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. (I bet she is a libra)! I saw Dr. Wolfe for a filler. She did an awesome job. Pain free and I am soooo happy with the results. Why didn't I do this before!

Dr. Wolf's office, California Skin Institute, charged me $75 for missing an appointment I don't recall making. The office does not return my calls, sent missed appointment overdue notices to an incorrect address, and have an incorrect insurance company listed as my provider. They sent me to a collection agency rather than return my calls. Because these bills have gone to an incorrect address and took months to find me, the bill is now $88.
