I made an appointment to see Dr. Grossier this past Wednesday because I have been dealing with a chronic skin infection. I found him in the yellow pages, and because I was impressed by his credentials (it is my understanding that he graduated from the top of his med school class,) I thought he would be good "fit." I wish I would have checked the yelp reviews before even making an appointment with Dr. Grossier. As everyone has mentioned Dr. Grossier comes off as being very rude. I'm not sure if he's just awkward but for a doctor bedside manner goes a loooong way! I was a new patient and he did not even take 5 minutes to introduce who he was he basically walked in and just started examining my face...I really couldn't believe it. I know doctors' offices can be frustrating places, but I've never been so enraged to feel the need to write a scathing review...until now. I had my appointment with Dr. Rothman on a Saturday. This was my first time there, so I took whichever doctor was available. When I scheduled it, I told then I wanted to have a mole removed, and no one said anything like "this will only be a consultation." TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Dr. Grossier was rude and would not even listen to what I had to say. I told him that his diagnosis maybe wrong because I have been to many dermatologists and he dismissed me. The staff was friendly so I figured the Doctors would be as well. I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs to see this idiot. Then I went to the pharmacy to find out he called in a prescription that was $300! when I made it clear to him that my insurance was not that good. I dont recommend this place, especially him. :(

I couldn't wait to get home to write a review about this place. Where do I begin. I'm going to keep it short and not sweet. Sorry...I can't. I waited so long to see Dr. Groisser, in the waiting room, and when I finally saw him I was so disappointed. The total exam time was literally about 3 seconds. Literally. As soon as the doc entered the exam room, he mumbled something that sounded like "Good Morning" and was on his cell phone. He barely made eye contact.
