On October 6/2021 I went for a follow up with Meera Pradeep, by this time my acne was clearing up, no new pimples except the hard ones. On this visit, she did nothing but prescribe the medication. Now I am getting a bill that she did Acne Surgery on my face. Then have the nerve to be calling me for another visit, I pretty much cancelled the appointment and will not be going back. They are a bunch of thieves and during this time where am I supposed to get money from to pay this bill.

I've been going to the dermatology group trying to get my scarring alopecia under control. After a few visits it was clear that not one PA or physician I saw had taken the time to really study the issue. When I asked, "Why does my hair keep shedding out?" I was told everything from "You have a lot of hair anyway no one will notice" to "well, if you stop relaxing/braiding/blow drying your hair the shedding would stop." I had a very unsatisfactory all round experience with this group. First when you make an appt I was told by the office after my appt that you must specifically request to see a Derm. I have never made a MD appt and not seen an MD. Never. Furthermore This group shows on its web site 21 Dermatologists on staff. Not 1 was available to see me? However I found out that after my APPT and the prescription was challenged by my insurance company .....that I did not even see a Derm. I saw a Derm assistant. Full price was charged ... read more

A place that deserves no stars, I made an appointment and came 10 minutes early to check in. I was told the wait was "not long" and I would be "seen right away". I waited for 1 hour in the waiting area with one other person, that came after me and was seen before me. After going into a room, I again asked how long it would be, and was told I am second. I waited for another 30 minutes and just left. This office is a joke. I never got to see the dr and shouldve checked YELP before making the appointment. I think I actually mad... read more

I give it a 2 because while the surgeon was terrific and you can't even tell I had basal cell surgery, the support and billing staff are abominable! I called about 4 times about discrepancies with my bill until the issue was resolved. Also, I made a 6 month follow up appointment, which they canceled with no explanation. They never rescheduled it, either. I need to go back to get rechecked! They never called! I guess I won't be going back.

I would just like to complain about the billing manager. BEATA she took over 3 weeks and finally called me back and after I explained my issue which seemed simple to call ins which she didn't want to be bothered with she also seemed not intellectual enough to know what needed to be done she then told me she didn't have the time cause she was leaving in a few minutes and I was taking to much time. Pre paid the copay online. Asked to pay again when arrived. Spent literally 3 minutes with inept doctor that looked at my skin and said no clue. She said she could prescribe a whitening cream and that was it. I said no thanks.

No stars for this group but unable to write review unless I hit a star. Received message at 2:46 PM to call the office. I called back at 2:47 PM. I was told person I had to speak to was on the phone. Receptionist took down my name and number and said they would call me back. I waited a half hr with my phone right next to me. I called back again and was told the clinical people left and will not be back till Monday. This was Friday afternoon. I was waiting for lab results on lesions removed. Totally unacceptable. Awful experience. Saw Dr. Glashofer last week did nothing but try to do as many unnecessary procedures as he could to make money! He was more of a car salesman than a Dr. He tried to talk me into all kinds of things. Never once telling me these procedures are not covered under insurance. At the end, he had the nerve to take a business card out of his pocket. I really felt like I was buying a car than visiting a Dr. Total waste of time.
