Stay Away! Aweful!!! DR. GROISSER DANIEL is a jerk and a scam! I waited for almost two hours to be seen, only to be told that by his assistant that Dr. Groisser was in a rush and couldn't really talk to me. She ended up making all decisions about my skin condition. He barely looked at me since he came into the exam room once, and was gone in less than 30 seconds, I think just for compliance reasons. DO NOT USE THIS DERMATOLOGY GROUP!!! They kept us waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. Dr. Rothman finally entered and told us he could not help my daughter. My daughter is an established patient at the Dermatology Group from the Verona office. My daughter had been on Acutaine and needed to go on another course. Dr. Rothman was extremely rude, discourteous and dismissive. This rating is based on the fact that I never saw the Dr. He may be the best Dr. in the world, but I didn't have the opportunity to find that out. I had a 7:50 appointment for my daughter on a Monday morning with Dr. Groisser. We sat in his office for over an hour and a half before I walked out with out being seen. Total disrespect for our time. Another waiting patient told me she comes prepared to wait for over an hour to see him. That kind of scheduling practice is a total disrespect of a patients time. I have really tried with this group. I tried Verona and West Orange locations and they both offer poor service. If you don't mind waiting at least one hour for a five minute consultation to meet with a physician who writes you some bs prescription, then you're in the right place. Somehow, the bedside manner of meeting with patients' went out the window when the goal of the Group is to optimize multiple patient visits for health insurance payment plans! Went there one time a few months ago. First time there. Saw Dr. Rothman. He was in the room for 2 seconds and wrote me 3 prescriptions for things I didn't want (and never got.) Before I left, I told him I needed a refill on a prescription for Aczone bc I had one from my old doctor, but the bottle was going to run out soon. He didn't look at my face at all and told his nurse to give me the prescription. Mind you this was when I was already walking out to the waiting room...not even in the exam room. Just awful save your time and money im not sure Dr. Groisser practices at this office but he is awful long wait for garbage medicine. Definitely not worth the wait! After such a bad experience I read reviews that all seem to be the same

Don't bother coming to your appointment on time! You will never be seen at your scheduled time. I've waited 2 hours at this office just to speak with the doctor for only 10 minutes. It's not worth your time!!! Stay away and find another doctor and values your time for more than 10 minutes !!

I saw Dr GROISSER, take note to NEVER see this Dr. He kept me waiting about 1.5 hrs past my appt time. Unlike the doctor, I don't get paid while in his office, I missed a couple hours of work for this jerk. I had a couple skin lesions I needed a look at. He came in the room, barely saying hello. Then, as I described what I think it is, he completely ignored me and requested I come back for a biopsy. My daughter and I went to see Dr. Groisser today - it was our first visit there. After waiting for an hour and half, Dr Groisser came in and it took him less than two minutes to evaluate both of us! And he was out! He gave us almost no chance to talk or ask questions and was very abrupt but made sure that we visited the skin care shop!!! As a first time patient I expected a bit more attention. It seems that he is the top doctor at the place but not a friendly one. Made us really nervous.
