I have schedule 3 appts this month 1st 2x I had to cancel because of the wait. Its absolutely ridiculous they over book appointments every time!!! I scheduled an appt for 1:15 came early still waited over 45 mins and when I schedule I made sure I wouldn't have to wait! The blonde front desk woman is super rude and not helpful. I've been coming here for 6 years and I'm officially done!!!

I visited the Paramus location back in April of 2014 for something as simple as a wart. Unfortunately the Dr. was very quick in freezing it and also addressing my concern on some adult acne I was having. Needless to say the freezing did not work and the acne remained. I ended up seeking another Dermatologist in Philly. A year later I received a bill for $250 saying it is 90+ days past due. I called my insurance company and they told me, I'm not responsible. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. I had an appt scheduled at 8am, arrived at 7:45 and waited over an hr to be seen. Horrible first impression as a new patient. And to top it off the doctor that I made my appt with and waited over an hour for pushes me off to a PA. The review was rushed and very impersonal. I was so disgusted when I left that I made an appt with another dermatologist because I refuse to go back to this place for any service.

I was in the West Orange office on 4/27/15 to see Dr Grossier. I had an appointment at 9:30 and wasn't taken to the room until 11am. And then I waited for the doctor for another 30 minutes and he still did not come in. This is completely unacceptable. The excuse was that he was running late. If everyone knew he was running late, why not inform the patients who are scheduled so they are not just sitting there waiting aimlessly. I could have rescheduled my day or the appointment. I have had psyroasis my whole life and i will have for the rest of my life. No big deal, all i need is tube of cream for it. I went to this doctor and got the cream I needed. However, they wouldn't call for a refill of my prescription unless i came in and paid for another visit again. Unfortunately I am on a different insurance plan which this doctor isn't in this network. OK.. Where do I start? First off let me say PLEASE do NOT schedule with Annie M. "PA"!!! I brought my son here a few weeks back and everything seemed fine. No waiting time at all (We were called in as soon as I finished filling out) the nurse was very nice and took all of my son's medical history, allergies, medications he's taking etc. Then "Annie" walks into the room, blowing her nose, I could clearly see her nipples through her uniform, my son is a teenager and he got so nervous (obviously) then she went to the computer a... read more

Waited 1.5 hours. Still waiting. If my visit wasnt for my son i would have left already. Other people have been complaining of the same. Wont be coming back here....ever.

Too Bad I cannot give this place a Zero. To begin with you need to have atleast 1 hour on your hand to just make an appointment. The customer service reps are rude and nasty. They will not take time to listen to your request and just transfer your call. On the day of the appointment.:The front desk staff in all their offices are very very unprofessional and rude. I just went to the Dermatology Group today and was scheduled with Dr. Groisser. I wish I had read reviews prior to going in because unfortunately all the negative things being stated about him are true. My appointment was set for 10:30 and when I was finally seen by him it was around 11:45 for NO MORE THEN 30 SECONDS!
