Absolutely the worst experience with a medical practice ever. Long wait, billing problems without any resolution, in necessary tests, incompetent staff and doctors who rush through appointments like you are just a number (and checkbook). Stay away. They are terrible

Absolutely unacceptable service!!! These joints need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!! I'd read some negative reviews prior to scheduling but didn't think it would be so bad. 2 fking hours wait time!!!, then some more in the chair until i came out and told the assistant i was out of time. They schedule everyone on the same date at the same time. As soon as i entered i heard a customer complaining it happens every time he comes and he only gets 5 minutes with a doctor. I was sent to this office as a new patient from my primary physician. I arrived there 1 hour earlier to fill out paper work, which took every bit of 15 minutes. My appointment was at 1:45. Since I had gotten there a hour earlier I figured they would have at least call me as scheduled or perhaps a few minutes afterwards. I seen the dr at 2:55. I went to the Dermatology Group office in Verona for my 7:35 appointment and I was seen about an hour later. The PA looked at my face quickly and gave me a prescription which they said would be ready in my pharmacy in a hour. I called my pharmacy 6 hours later to see if it was ready and they said they never received it. I called THe Dermatology Group three more times! The first time they told me they will get it right in and the other two times they said someone will call me back and they never did. I will NOT be returning!

I have gone to this practice since it started off in Dr. Grossier's home. Back all those years ago, it was great. Since then, I would agree to stay away from Dr. Grossier as he cut and scarred my face, for something that came back and did not need to be cut out but was cured by another MD with medication. Careful what you see Dr. Nossa for, some things he is very good at, but he will treat anything, even if he knows nothing about it. Dr. Groisser misdiagnosed me. Looked at me from a distance, told me I had a skin condition I didn't actually have before leaving. He didn't even get close enough to me to give me a handshake.

Stay away from this place. I waited over an hour for my 2pm appt and have now been going back and forth with their billing department for over ONE AND A HALF YEARS to correct improper billing to my insurance carrier who has told me I am completely covered- no referral was necessary and my deductible was met but they are still billing me, every month for $130 I don't owe them!

My appointment was for 1 pm I didn't see the doctor until 2:05 pm so I waited over an hour to see the doctor I waited in the waiting room for 35 min and then another 25 min in the exam room. The check-in tablet was slow but better than filling in paper work by hand. The doctor was rushed and ran right out of the room as soon as he could. He didn't have time to answer my questions about the prescriptions amounts and ordering and looked to be behind in his schedule which impacted his care and demeanor. Plain terrible !! To sum this up, even though I had an 8 am appt I had an hour wait for a 3 minute with the doctor. Not returning!
