Jon and Mark were prompt, attentive to details, and a pleasure to work with. Damian and his crew did a fantastic job for us. Our new windows are beautiful--we couldn't be happier. Can't wait to do the next phase! Replacement of windows and a sliding door.

The experience was flawless from start to finish. We contacted Scientific for a quote for Marvin windows, but when Jon (one of the owners) looked at our windows, he recommended a vinyl window alternate - Imperial Soft-Lite. He said they were the same quality at a fraction of the cost. After doing some research that concurred, we chose the Soft-Lites. Really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he did not oversell. Highest recommendation. I rarely write reviews but Victor at SHS is exceptional; one of my best experiences with a service provider in years. Condo with 14 very solid windows but 25 yrs old and needing various issues fixed... broken balances & hardware, gaps on top sashes, screens. I got 4 bids, Victor's was not the lowest or the highest, but better ... he gave me good advice on what was really needed, not just what I originally asked for, and as a result I saved $800 vs. the "lowest bid" of $2100. Jon showed us the best options for our house and we are very happy with the final product. Their installers were prompt, efficient and clean. Scientific replaced all of the windows in our old house. They were one of three vendors I contacted and they were the most responsive, honest, and willing to work with us over the course of several months.

Out of all the home projects I took on since we moved into this place, this is the only thing that went smoothly. Jon was very responsive in answering my questions. I am very impressed by how seriously they took the job. The measurements alone were taken three times. The last measurement was done by the installation team leader, Damian himself to make sure we did not run into any order or installation problem later on. The entire process went very well. Jon, the VP was personable, punctual, and knowledgeable about the windows during first(free estimate) appointment. Once I decided to go with Scientific Home, Mike, the measurement guy came out. He was also polite and flexible as we scheduled the measurement appointment. Six weeks later, right on schedule, I received a call from the installation scheduler, who was flexible in scheduling. We could not be happier with the process. Jon came out to visit us and provide the estimate, and thoroughly explained the options and the solutions to our problem. Of the three vendors we contacted, Scientific had the lowest price and fastest window for delivery. Damian was the install project manager and arrived in a timely fashion. Damian who was the project leader, came back out and quickly was able to fix the gap. They kept clean throughout the installation and were very professional. They installed windows about 2 weeks ago and removed my old windows. I came to find that after the installation that there was a gap around the windows and that bugs were still getting in. I contacted Scientific Home Services and they came out to fix the issue.

It went very well. Damian and his team were extremely professional. They were very clean and efficient. We are impressed by the final product and glad we chose Scientific to get this large project completed. We replaced 40 plus windows throughout our entire home.
