great customer service Incredibly professional and helpful. I didn't get to use their services bc they cannot get the parts for the window (Jeldwen, awful!) that I needed, but he tried to help me in anyway possible. Great great customer service!

Great experience meeting John. John came out promptly to survey a window that I need replacing. He made some helpful suggestions for next steps, which will require contacting another company. What a professional! If I can use them in the future, I certainly will!

Jon was prompt and on time with quote. We were impressed with the seal of the demo windows. Our old windows were very drafty. Installation took place on the agreed upon date and completed on time. Only hiccup was one window arrived broken from the factory and had to be replaced. This took a while along with winter weather so we did not fully complete the job until March. Windows work great. They know what they are doing and know how to estimate. They do little jobs and big jobs. I have been using them for years and love everything about them. They use a great product, do great work and are great people. The prices are also very good and competitive. They put in approximately 30-40 windows in a 6-flat apartment building I own.

This is a great company across the board. We called in Scientific based on work they did for a neighbor as well as their reviews on AL. Jon came out to give us the estimate for our house. Very thorough, yet not at all pushy, Jon spent a lot of time going through the house and educating me about his product(s). It went great. John's quote was a bit higher than the two others we had received, but we decided to go with him based on confidence in quality of installation. The team did a great job. The install was quick and painless. We are very happy with the windows and noticed a difference in our home immediately. 9 vinyl replacement windows installed on single family home

They did a great job and would use them again in a heartbeat. I promised them I would file a report on Angie's List, and I apologize that I was so slow to do so. They really were wonderful and easy to work with. Great, price, great product, great service. The window replacement was a triple-track window that had to be customized for a house more than 100 years old.
The overall experience was very positive. They provided information to help us stay within our budget. They also helped size and plan the project, and suggested we forgo bay windows as their inclusion would push us past our planned investment.
