The appointment time was set for 2:30 p.m.and met with promptness. After doing a short exterior review of the building, John advised me that unfortunately, although I'd called regarding a residential job; being a high-rise location Scientific would NOT be able to service me. He did however, agree to come up to the unit to further investigate my problem, and advise me of what direction I should take. Great service. After there were some minor problems with the initial windows, Jon went out of his way to remedy this and put two additional windows in to make up for the inconvenience. Really stellar professionalism. They installed a total of five windows in a 2nd story condo unit.

Start to finish we were amazed! Jon came to the initial appointment very knowledgable on the product and what we'd need for our home. He was very honest w/ us in terms of the quality of window and whether or not double or triple paned made sense. (He said that for the money, it wasn't worth going triple for our particular home.) His was our third estimate so I was asking him a variety of questions to compare/contrast the initial two estimates - one of which was $2,000 less. Obviously, we are a for profit company but when there are easy ways for the homeowner to save a few $$$ we let them know. This happens occasionally when we get a call for replacement windows and all they really need is storm windows. Gilberto and his crew are great. The are fast clean and efficient. Jon was a pleasure to deal with during the first consultation, and Jay did a very good job with the installations (he had to come back to fix one issue, but all is well). We like the windows and door so far, and they were comparatively very affordable for the quality. We had two new windows and a patio door installed.

They did a really good job and we are really pleased. I thought their price was great. The technicians were very friendly and easy to work with. I’m happy with their services. They installed windows in our entire home.

They were awesome, and the window was great. The person who came out was on time and very polite. He hardly even talked to me, and he was in and out, but he was very professional. He actually left the house nicer than when he came in because he totally vacuumed everything. It was nice and easy; it was a great experience. Overall, the experience was excellent. Very personable and gave me a very good price. The technicians were thorough, accommodating, and didn't leave until the work was done. Took out my old windows & installed new windows (which is their specialiy).
