John was fantastic with the estimate. He was clear and did not push us to spend more than we needed to. The workers were very punctual, worked efficiently, professionally and calmly. I love our new windows and am glad we went with Scientific. Three windows were replaced in our condo. Two old casement windows in a back porch. and one bedroom window which had a broken storm.

I had used Scientific Home Services a couple of years ago to replace most of my windows. I love my windows - they keep the heat and the cold out, there are NO drafts, and they also provide sound proofing from outside noises (like the el train a few blocks away). I needed to replace the final two windows, including the bathroom window. It went just as I hoped. They are a good company and they did what they said and it looked great. They installed 4 windows, one of which had been covered over with plywood and drywall. The job was done perfectly and they guys were polite and professional and responsive. The salesman was easy to work with and very considerate of my time. They cleaned up well and the windows look great. They gave me the best price too.

There were only phone calls and Jon was very helpful throughout. We recently purchased a home, and as it turns out, the windows in the kitchen leak when it rains. There was also a broken seal on a double paned half moon window that needed to be repaired. Victor came out for an estimate and was on time and knowledgeable. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of the windows and the work performed. Jon came home to provide an estimate to replace my hopper windows in my basement. He arrived on time and was very courteous to my wife. We were happy with the pricing and contacted Jon the very same day to perform the work. During installation, two people showed up and completed the work in less than 2 hours. The work was done professionally and no mess was left behind.

The workers were very professional. I did have one of the about to place the trim in a way that I felt was as attractive, I gave him my idea and he went with it and it looks fantastic. I just wish I had used them for all of the other windows in my home. The quality of the windows is excellent. I had four basement windows installed. I had some issues with the windows, and they came out several times to make sure they were good. I am satisfied with thewindows now. Scientific Home Services installed three storm windows.

See previous section Scientific Home Service (Victor) provided professional cuortious efficent repair of the window that was off the tract.He was finished within half an hour. A very polite and professional young man. I would highly recomend his services.
